Awesome product
This product is awesome. A whole bunch of USB slots for very cheap, and it works well. It is easy to install, is basically plug and play, and is small enough that it fits well. Super easy to connect and use, just plug it into the motherboard.

Minor surgery required on my pc...
Something you might experience installing this...as well as other expansion type cards...The product works as expected, but some cases may have to be adjusted for the card to fit. My ATX case needed the removal of the thin strip of metal that seperates the slots on the back. Try as I could...the card would not accrept USB plugs because the strip was preventing the plug to slide into the card. I had to remove the strip to gain an extra thousandth of an inch need for the cables to plug in. It's not the cards fault at all, but the case just wasn't exact enough to allow clearence . I've installed other cards in pc's of all types, GPU, AUDIO, USB etc with no problems..just be aware minor surgery may be needed to make it fit..

Works well, easy to install
Installed it in an ASUS Motherboard from 2017 that is running Windows Server 2019, I did not need to install any drivers for it to work.

Not USB 3.2
I bought this because I have a video capture device that requires a USB 3.2 connection to work fully, and my motherboard only has 3.1. Once it arrived, it's condition was good, and it was very easy to plug in, and it did work in terms of plugging stuff into the ports, and my computer easily recognized the device on either port.Unfortunately, the capture device was not working as intended (I have used the external capture device before on another computer that DOES have 3.2 ports, and it works just fine). From what I can tell, the ports on this product only support USB 3.1 speeds, NOT the advertised 3.2 speeds.I did a fair bit of trouble shooting, checking my BIOS for the PCIE slots and making sure they were running appropriately, trying 3 different PCIE slots in my MoBo just in case, checking for driver support, but there was nothing.I guess I should have read the product description more closely:"Note: Please use this PCIE USB card on PCIE 3.0 slot with USB 3.1 GEN2 devices, otherwise the peak speed of 10Gbps cannot be obtained."Having a single spot in your product page that says it needs to be USB 3.1 Gen 2 devices, but then advertising USB 3.2 is just blatant misleading advertising. They are not the same, and the product should just titled with "USB 3.1"For most use cases like light data transfer, plugging in peripherals, etc, this would work fine. But since I was specifically needing USB 3.2 speeds, and this product seems to kinda be meant for use cases similar to mine, I think this deserves a low rating for being dishonest.

Great Value â Just Plug It In and Go
This little PCIe USB expansion card does exactly what it promises. Installation was super simpleâjust pop it into a free PCIe slot and you're done. No extra power cables, no driver headaches, nothing. Windows picked it up right away. All the USB-A ports are working perfectly. I haven't tested the USB-C ports yet, but everything else has been solid. I've connected an external SSD, a few peripherals, and a flash drive, and everything runs smoothly with no random disconnects or speed drops.Build quality feels decent, and it's small enough to fit comfortably without blocking airflow or anything else in the case. Itâs a simple, clean upgrade if you need more USB 3.0 ports on an older machine.

Nice little piece of hardware if your mobo is slacking.
Works as it should. Everything I've plugged into it works like a charm. Those worried about the USB not plugging in all the way, the connection is made fine even if a small 1/8th inch is sticking out. USB's are long enough and no worries. I managed to copy 4tb of data onto an external drive with no issues.

I was skeptical but..
Honestly was skeptical of getting this and if it would work but for windows 11 it worked perfect. Didn't need to into drive or download anything it just worked. Im using all my usb devices plugged into this pice card instead of my motherboard
