This is a really good scale at a good price. It's easy to tare (zero out), lightweight, accurate, and it comes with batteries.But it will turn off after a while. Not bad and not a big deal... IF you're not being super careful adding your ingredients. I was trying to get a 10g measurement and was at 9.95 when she suddenly turned off. And when I turned her back on it was zeroed out.Be mindful of that. Otherwise, it does ehat it needs to at a good price.

I bought this mainly to weigh my creatine powder and protein powder, because my regular kitchen scale wasn't super accurate. This one does the trick. I've also been using it for my baking, although because of the small size it can hard to read. Still, I like it a lot.

This item works well. I would just be careful about how much jiggle it can take if you carry it around in your pocket. The plate is free to bounce in the case.Follow up: accuracy does not go beyond two places. That is if you are reading 14.3, your answer will be 14. Or say 16.65 will be 17.

I need to weigh spices in small increments by the gram or less, and my food scale was not sensitive enough to register small amounts.
