Some difficulties with assembly and tuning, but all parts were well-manufactured and the manual was comprehensive. My only complaint is that the seat is uncomfortable.

Put the bike together following the instructions and took it for a ride and the gears broke...bent it terribly and unable to use this brand new bike.

Good bike

The price of a good bike is astronomical, so cheap might be the best some of us can do. I bought two. One had a bad derailleur and it tangled in the spoke first use. I had to buy a new derailleur because the bikes were purchased as used. New bikes. Very used packaging. But it killed my chance of warranty satisfaction. Buy the new ones. You might need that warranty.As for the one that worked. Seriously out of adjustment. My first ride seemed stiff. I lubricated everything which helped a good bit. The bike is noisy, and no where near the efficiency of a better bike. There is a chance you'd have a better product off the shelf from Walmart at half the price.These are girls' bikes. Now, usually that just means a step through frame. But the hand grips on these are painfully small for my man hands. I bought these for a specific reason that other bikes didn't qualify for. If you only need a bike, I'm betting these will disappoint.

the bike itself is very sturdy & well worth the $ we paid.But the inner tubes aren't so durable.We have to replace a inner tube every Week or 2

I agree with the other reviews after purchasing. It’s too small. The tires came flat. The handle bars do look backwards??? Like the whole thing is made like crap. Then you have to pay your own money to put it back in a box to ship it back. Awful

The tires had small holes when taken out of the box.

Bought it as a present for my kid and she really likes it too bad she had to wait to ride it because it was sent with a bad tire. Not matter how much we pumped it up the air just wouldn’t stay. When I contacted company about getting a replacement tire I was informed that I couldn’t get another tire. They wanted me to send the entire bike back. It just wasn’t worth the hassle and I ended up just going to the store to buy a new one.
