A fairly nicely constructed wooden watch storage box which when it arrived seemed to be packaged adequately.Unfortunately as you can tell by the attached pictures has a small chip and a couple of fairly long scratches which you can feel with your finger nail on the inside of the glass panel.I was planning on buying a couple of these because they looked really good but have had to purchase else-where because of the bad quality control.When i contacted the seller i was offered a 10% refund,which i thought was a bit low as it would not pay for a replacement glass panel and i am still waiting for news of said refund.The only reason i did not return it is the cost of postage would be high as it is such a big and heavy box, such a disappointing purchase.edit-I was given a 20% refund so i have given an extra couple of stars because despite the damage this is a really nice watch storage box.

Probably the best watch case on Amazon for the money. Well finished, doesn't feel cheap.I knocked one star off because I have small wrists it's a very tight fit to get the watch on the pillow. Should be a smaller pillow and have an adapter ring for the large wrists to make this perfect!

Beautiful watch case. It really does look great. The lid opening action is smooth, with the restrainer being well fashioned and solid feeling.Lock is mostly for show as it isn't that secure, but then it's got a glass lid, so security isn't a major concern here.Inserts for the watches are very soft and malleable, all my watches fit nicely into this.Drawer is smooth opening and has enough clearance to avoid damaging watches when opening and closing.Really pleased with my purchase.

It is a nice, sturdy, quality product. However, the pillows are too rigid, therefore, they fit one band size. If you have to remove links in your watches due to wrist size, you watch most likely won't fit on the pillows. Also, the bottom draw does not have enough hight/depth to fit watches in the bottom. I tried putting one in and the draw would not shut. I've had to take the pillows out and use the bottom draw as storage for straps, links and pins act. If your looking for a box to hold multiple watches with the ability to take watches in and out on a regular basis, this isn't for you

Lovely! My wife was so happy with this as her birthday present. Only thing I didn’t think about when I brought this was the size of the watch inserts. They are quite big and solid so almost broke her new link watch trying to get it into the insert.
