Simple, good fit and does the job.

It's quality metal (won't bend). Great tension on the velcro strap. The pen holder is trash. I bought a different pen and I just clip it into the pad I have on there. The pads are good for beginners. It's like a checklist of what you'll need in flight. I like mine.

Now admittedly this is my first knee board but it cam in a very nice branded box that had a expensive and professional feel to it i was expecting a cheap board i was going to have to replace in a couple months or soTHE BOARDthe board itself has Alot of the useful information you need while VFR and even has a spot for the V SPEEDS which while im in flight school is very helpful and doesn’t bend or flop excessively it has a durable feel to it its over all a very functional boardTHE NOTEPADThe notepad Has everything you need listening to the atis. Its very organized i used fore flight before for writing the information of the hour but now im thinking ill use this with the pen it comes with from the pictures in the advertisement i thought it was going to be just some cheap throwaway pen but no its actually the opposite it feel nice and thick it doesn’t make creaking noises when pushing down to write like some cheap pens do it write very smooth on the pad and bright clean lines of ink

Fits nicely on the leg and has all pertinent information that a student pilot would need.
