Millinery supplies can be very expensive, and I didn't want to spend a lot for a base that wouldn't show in the final product. These are as described and a good place to start for a hat or fascinator. Note that you will have to sew or glue the clips on yourself.

I thought they would be bigger than they are. I had to conjoin two to make the fascinator I also had to change the design as well .

These hat bases worked very well with projects. And art productions. The price was reasonable. The modification that was done on the bases was easily done with this product. Tha bases measured 5x4.

These are sturdy and hold the shape very well. They are easy to work with and shaped beautifully.I like everything about them.

These are decently stiff (but still pliable) and not too thin on quality to make a small lightweight fascinator hat, the small kind that pins onto the side of your head. While you have a selection of solid colors here, you could always use the base to glue on some other fabric or other material, and you will need to add some way to attach the hat.
