Finding a prebiotic that is dairy free is actually a bit harder than I thought. Although my other prebiotics were ok I didn't realize they contained dairy which made my stomach feel awful/uncomfortable.Align quality and easy to swallow tablets helps aid the side effects my tummy often runs into. Although it is not a complete cure all, but with 1 tablet it helps relieve the pain which helps give me a little more energy to go about my day. It is also a great size to put in my handbag.My only problem is that it only comes with 28 tablets so I have to keep my amazon subscription to send it to me every 3 weeks or skip 2/3 days.

I am giving this "5 stars" for the people like me who maybe only read the positives. Beware. This probiotic made me feel so sick I was convinced I needed to go to the hospital after weeks of my intestines cramping so bad I was hunched over in pain, diarrhea at time, chills, headaches, and just overall feeling sick shaky etc. Made the correlation of this new thing in the timeframe I was taking this and feeling ill, stopped taking it a few days ago and amazing my stomach is not twisted in knots. No more chills. Etc. A shame because I took it to help me be more regular and it turned into a nightmare. So this is actually a negative 5 star review. Please be careful. There are a lot of similar reviews out there for this.

Has improved my digestion

I had a terrible bloating problem for years. It looked like I was pregnant, about 7 months. I way 150 lbs. I was so embarrassed, notice past tense. It was trapped gas and I believe abdomen didn't digest food properly. Now, my tummy is flat and I feel so much more confident! I am sooo happy with this product. >>>>>>>I have to get back on here and say that after an amount of time, my tummy has gone back to an enlarged look. I only . I still am back to a pregnant look. UGH> I did not reorder another bottle of Align. Only because my tummy enlarged again. I was told that I did have a lot of air in my tummy when I had an exray once.

A little pricey but works great ! A good value !

It works, but not as much as I'd like. I find it the most dependable, though not a perfect solution for me.
