The perfect packaging for shipping candles (tapers)
I had searched for sturdy packaging to ship fragile long, narrow bayberry candles, but the boxes were either too big, the wrong shape, or would require my buying more than I needed. I noticed I had received a poster in the mail, and the light went on! The tubes are sturdy and well-made. I wrapped the candles in bubblewrap, and they fit perfectly with just enough room to spare.

Great tubes - check your sizes!
These tubes are great - exactly what I needed, and in the size that I needed. The width of 12" is a good fit for me. The width is a mere 2" - which I knew before I bought them. But if you have posters or documents that you don't want to roll up as tightly, you might opt for a bigger tube. This wasn't a concern for me, so these work perfectly and the price is good.

Not actually the length advertised.
Bought the 2x18 tube. Needed 17.5" of usable space. Size chart said 17.6 inches usable. The tube was only 17.5 to start with, but with end caps ended up with only 16.75 of usable space. Inside diameter was short of 2" as well, but only by an 1/8 inch. On a good point, seems sturdy.

BRAVO ZULU IS NAVY FOR WELL DONE. THIS IS A GOOD ITEM, I NEEDED IT TO SEND MY OLD 1960 BASIC TRAINING PHOTO TO THE EAST COAST TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED FOR A VETERANS GROUP CALLED "TOGETHER WE SERVED". IT WAS ONLY A DOLLAR TO SHIP AND IT GOT THERE QUICKLY, NO PROBLEM. THE PHOTO CAME BACK TO ME IN GOOD SHAPE FOR 64 YEARS - 1960-2024.
