I have been using many earbuds from past 4-5 years but Jabra Elite 4 active just killing it in all the areas. The device is not connecting to the app.I hear a lot of noise while using it for phone calls. While the noise cancelation looks better while listing to YouTube.

When it comes to phone calls, the performance is outstanding. However, in terms of sound silence, I prefer Bose. That said, the quick and seamless Bluetooth connectivity offered here is far more important to me than what Bose provides.

No USB cable was there ...and from that day it's not charging also.I'm very upset ... recieve the product .Packing was amazing by amazon. Product was in original packing no damage.Jabra ..the sound is really amazing and bass is very good.just reset the ear buds and its boom . i love the product and 1 year warranty is there.I will give rating 5out 5 . really amazing product.Thank you amazon.

This is my 2nd purchase! Excellent in voice calls. Music quality is good. Love the design and feel of the buds. My issue is the buds itself. Its hurting my ears after a long use

I purchased for use in the gym and training. Although the buds initially fit good it loosens once sweat gets in. Would be annoying especially during summers.
