Very high quality although this one was too strong for me I went to the 1mg you can feel the difference if you have the mthfr gene mutation and start taking this supplement I was energetic as can be but did seem to much for me as I only need 1mg dosage .

I was encouraged by a friend to take Biotin for nail and hair health. I was particularly interested in the nail health. I was a bad nail-biter for years and when I finally stopped, it seemed that my nails just didn't grow. They always tore, peeled and were super soft. I have used a Naturebell product in the past was very satisfied.The package arrived as ordered and pictured in the product description. I have been taking now for 13 days and so far really good. I didn't take a "before" picture but the one included here is after 13 days of daily use. The pills are small gell caps, oval in shape and opaque/beige in color. Just one a day in the morning. My nails are looking good, no tearing and no peeling. They are not as soft as before and don't bend as easily. I do keep a coat of clean polish on them. So far I am really pleased and will continue to use. I will update this review in another 2-3 week. I highly recommend. Good product with good results.Update: Have been taking now for about 9 weeks. Nails look good. I keep them filed the same length as in picture and still with coat of clear polish. NO peeling at all. I did tear one but not down to the quick as was the usual tear. This was just staight across, above the quick. Added benefit, my hair seems to be growing faster. If this continues, great! And it it makes my hair thicker, all the better. I will continue using this product. I think you, too, would be pleased. Remember to give it a few months to really see results.
