Easy to use and read for common non technical/mechanical people
I purchased this OBD2 code reader because my old one stopped working, I like that you can save and print out a report of the codes, I have not done that yet. It’s good quality and easy to use. I was able to find the exact problem when my check engine light came on. It has many functions and you can view the live status of your engine in real time. I am definitely glad I upgraded to this 2025 version, instructions were clear, and you don’t have to be “tech savvy” to read it. Hopefully I will not need to use it much, but I feel prepared for the next check engine light that comes on with this tool.

Very good product and good price for it
This machine really is helpful. Easy to follow. It told me the problems on my car with the codes. Of which I looked up on Google for more details about the same codes it gave me. Then I was able to clear the engine code. I did noticed that you have to turn the car to on position to erase the code. It wouldn't work trying to clear the code while the car was running.

Perfect Tool for Emissions Prep.
I bought the Zmoon OBD2 reader to check if my sensors were ready for emissions testing after the battery died in my Corvette during winter storage and cleared all the sensors. I didn’t want to keep paying for emissions tests only to find out the sensors weren’t ready. The Zmoon was a great solution—super easy to use even with no prior experience. The screen is bright and easy to read, feels well built, accurate on sensors that were ready, and the interface is really straightforward. Just plug it in and go. It also comes with a nice storage pouch and a USB cable for updates. All around, a great product at a great price—and it saved me money. Highly recommend!

It works with confusion !
It does work, but as others have indicated some of the instructions are confusing ! One test says to read a result for VIN engine should be off, but tried and it only reads VIN with engine on !!!!!!!
