The media could not be loaded. Took a major chance on this unit given the fact it is half the price of comparable units. I noticed that it looked basically identical to a similar unit priced over twice as much. Exact same key pad layout and can confirm the manual is basically identical. This unit works. Have been putting off spending the money for years and cant believe what a difference this makes. I dont have large amounts of cash often but do need to get money sorted and faced/ orientated often which can take a lot of time and be a bit hard on the thumbs. This takes all the work out of it and makes it fun. This will count all denominations. Can face/ orientate bills, batch by number of bills and can sort bills by denom. It is very fast at sorting bills and putting them into reject. The biggest problem I had was that the reject bin would often have the last few bills crumple up and jam. This was easily fixed by going into the settings and turning the max reject count from 70 to 40. Have to clear a bit more often but completely solved that issue.The only concern I have is for support of the machine should I experience issues in the future. Only time will tell on that one though. As of right now this is 5/5 without a doubt.

While not a perfect machine I have to give it 5 stars. I use it every week and it’s been a life saver counting a large quantity of bills. I’d be lost without it at this point.

This is a good unit. It does what it is supposed to do. The trick is so that it will not jam is to place about 50-75 bills at a time, then placing more bills, it simply adds the total. After the 50-75 bills are counted take them out of the holder chamber ,place them on the side and insert more in the top hopper. If you place for instance 200 bills at once most likely it will malfunction, jam up or crunch up bills. The 70 dollar unit which I purchased doesn't count mixed denomination. Before starting it needs the setting of denomination to be adjusted to whatever value the bills are. I only tested this with us bills not foreign currency.

I love that this counter is very small comparted to the commercial ones that you usually see in banks; which is great for small businesses or for those who don’t have a lot of free space. It's lightweight, portable, and fits perfectly in any corner on our desk. I also love the speed of this machine – it’s so fast that it's done before you can even blink; a very addictive thing, I wish I had the money to enjoy it enough lol…Also, I want to mention that it has a very nice screen with very bright and visible digits. There's no way you can't see the number or make a mistake cuz it’s too small or anything. And yes, they do include an additional screen for the customer and you can attach it if needed.

This money counter is not worth the money whatsoever. After only using it maybe four times it started blinking a red light and even though we read the instructions over and over and over there were no instructions on how to fix it properly we did fix it. it would not work whatsoever so we sent it back, spending a little extra money because this one is not worth it
