Use this in conjunction with D3. I like that the "filler" here is coconut oil. Pills are easy to take as they're small. No aftertaste. Good quality supplement with no unnecessary fillers or additives.

Small capsules with pleasant coconut smell
The capsules are small and has yummy coconut small, so easy to take.The capsules tend to stick together forming a ball, so I need to shake the bottle to separate them each time.Not sure of the effects after taking them for a month. I'm taking them upon my doctor's recommendation to combat sciatic pain.
