Have been using this for a while and am generally satisfied. I also have a Ring doorbell and since I didn't want to pay for the monthly subscription, this is solid alternative. I am talking on my phone quite a bit, so while the phone app is fine, I don't always see notifications in real time and having the ability to look at a separate screen is a plus for me. The ability to use the screen wirelessly so that I am not tied down in the house is a large reason of why I chose this over alternatives. Setup was very straightforward. What really stood out for me was the service/support aspect. The warranty is 2 years which is long in today's world. When I had a technical issue or question, support was very responsive and helpful and went above and beyond (shout out to Sam).

awesome video doorbell. Just what I was looking for. Reasonably priced and easy quick setup. The best I've seen yet.

The system worked well enough when I installed it, but it failed after little more than a year of use. I have replaced it with a system from tmezon, which appears to have superior engineering.

I purchased this unit back in Nov of 2023, and found the installation to be easy enough that I had the system running in less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, within less than 18 months, this product begin to display signs of fatigue. The entire unit would turn off randomly during the day, and the occurrence only became more frequent as time go by. I later discovered a swollen battery contained within the unit, which no doubt contributed to its frequent malfunctions. I was able to replace the battery and repair the unit, but I expected much more from this product than an 18 month expiration date.In addition, there is a function in the system that allows firmware upgrade, except it's rather useless the system could never make a valid connection for download.Edit: Customer Service responded by providing a replacement. Many small differences, but mostly no issue. This is an upgraded version from the previous unit, and features different USB connectors from its previous incarnation. The unit finally has an actual working connection to wi-fi for firmware updates, which did not function properly previously. Though they still have not quite gotten the automatic time-zone adjustments right. When switching to automatic time-zone configuration, the time-zone would revert to Chinese time-zone by default. Will observe in the following months to see if this holds up to scrutiny.

The transmisioon quality of image and sound are clear and fluently. It's performance is good, data is stored in the TF card that save my money from monthly subscription, no extra fees will be charged. I can view the events on the monitor or cell phone. When somebody approach my door or press the doorbell, both the monitor and my cell phone will receive the notification, so that I can know who is coming to my house no matter I am at home or not, and I can remote unlock the door, quite convenient for my family. This video door phone is really wireless, the indoor and outdoor device can be used immediately after opening the package, keeps me from complex installation. One point I like most is the monitor, touch screen design is vey useful and friendly for users. Great value for money！

Got the one with the Tuya app. Followed the enclosed instructions and, frustratingly, after an hour or bit more, could not get it to work. I’d press the video doorbell, no response from video monitor nor cellphone. Did research and read to do factory reset, but manual stated to contact tech/customer support 1st before doing this. So, wrote the email. Got a reply the same day, at night (I think the tech is in China). He walked me thru (& sent video) of how to factory reset & I would have to pair doorbell to monitor. Did it. Now no cellphone response. Sent another email. Got a reply within 20 mins, with plenty of screenshots on removing device & adding the device/doorbell to my cellphone app. Now it all works! The technician’s name is Sam… very professional & courteous! So… to end… the product works as intended, with customer support being totally AWESOME. The minor complaint I have, the video doorbell camera takes a bit long to connect/stream the video image to my cellphone. Thank you again Sam!

Love this door bell camera it is super easy to install took me about 20 min . Just replace your old boring bell with this motion sensor bell with WiFi camera. It has two talk functions that you can use to see who is at your home or who is delivering a package to you. Plus it’s free and it dose need any subscription of any kinda for the simple use.

Camera from doorbell ringer works fine. After 10 months of use the video screen shuts its self off. Touch screen window doesn’t come up has to be rebooted and doesn’t always stay on. When does stay on worksfine. Fails to work like it should all the time.Waist of money.UPDATE January 7, 2025Purchased a second battery that came with another charging cable, I was able to use that cable with an Amazon 9w charge block and fixed the problem with the video screen that functions now as it should. Does not shut down like it did.
