Great product. Extremely comfortable yet sturdy! Worth every Penney. It is a little difficult to put together and the instructions are vague. When assembling it’s easier to unzip the padding when bolting down the bracket. Then just simply zip the padding back together.

I originally ordered two matching chairs. We built one (very easy to put together) and it is super comfortable and good looking. Unfortunately we quickly realized we do not have space for a second chair. I contacted the Amazon Seller at Bestano and they responded quickly and helped me to return the unopened chair. Great customer service goes a long way. I will look to Bestano for future purchases.

Chair is exactly as described, a bit lacking in lumbar support, but comfy in short bursts and good as an occasional/accent chair.Assembly instructions could use some work and the brackets that hold the base and back together were unevenly bent (even when pointed in the correct direction as labeled), and needed to be swapped around for assembly. I also had to unzip the cushion to be able to get it together at all, which is fine, but could've been mentioned in the instructions.Also should have come with washers - the bolt heads were juuuust small enough to slip through the brackets at the right angle, so I added my own washers and would recommend you do the same if you have your own.

Chair is comfortable and nice for the price. As others have pointed out, attaching the back to the base is a pita. Definitely a two-person ordeal.

We love the chairs and are keeping them. They are comfy. They weren’t hard to assemble, but it did take time (and if you have two people, it’s definitely easier). They are very nice looking. We use them as our TV watching chairs. However, the chairs are not the same. One is perfect, but the other is slightly crooked in its construction. It’s just a little off-kilter. It’s kind of a shame. Still, they were affordable, they look good, and the quality (aside from the one being wonky), is pretty good.

The media could not be loaded. Connecting the seat of the chair to the upper portion was slightly challenging, I recommend “loosely” installing all bolts first then snug them up for best results. The chair is comfortable and attractive in my space.
