Recieved on 3/18/25. Assembly was pretty easy, but there is NO manual so I had to rely on UTube. A second set of hands is helpful. Weather finally got nice enough to put some miles on it. I am fully enjoying this scooter. I haven’t tried maxing it out as I am still breaking it in. But it easily does 45MPH and that is enough for the roads I plan on riding it on. Found a couple of scooter forums on FB that have helped too. For the $$$ I think I got a great deal on a cool looking scooter.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely not got it put it together one of the plastics or cracked reached out to the supplier. They said they’re trying to get a new plastic but I really don’t believe it. It’s been two months. I’ve spent almost $2000 and not to mention the speedometer on it Went out the same day I got it. And they’re supposed to be replacing that as well but as I’ve said, it’s been two months with no progress and a product I can’t even use about $1800.

This scooter is definitely worth the purchase!!!!! It is well made and looks absolutely amazing. It is easy to assemble and any questions I had, the customer service representative was right there to answer them all. The only problem I had is that I have to buy another one because my wife loves it and wants her own!!!!! I would highly recommend this scooter to anyone.*THERE IS A BLANK TITLE THAT COMES IN THE BOX. YOU MUST CALL THEM TO ANSWER CERTAIN QUESTIONS FOR THEM TO SHIP THE COMPLETED TITLE, WHICH I LIKE THAT THEY DO THIS FOR OUR PROTECTION INCASE SOMEONE ELSE TRIES TO CLAIM IT*

IT DID NOT COME WITH ANY ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS. THE VIDEO ONLINE WITH AMAZON WAS A VERY SIMILAR MACHINE BUT WAS THE WRONG FRONT DISC ASSEMBLY VIDEO, SO YOU HAD TO FIGURE THAT OUT ON YOUR OWN THE KEY MOVES IN MANY DIRECTIONS AND IT HAS ONE PARTICULAR SLOW TO OPEN THE SEAT ELECTRONICALLY WHICH WAS HARD TO FIGURE OUT. ALSO, THE BACK HOLDING COMPARTMENT HOLES TO THE MOUNT WERE WRONG, SO SINCE IT WAS PLASTIC, I HAD TO DRILL ONES THAT WOULD FIT THE HOLES. EVERYTHING CAME TOGETHER BUT AN INSTRUCTION BOOKLET WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT BECAUSE THERE WERE SOME PARTS LEFT OVER...?! ALSO, DOES THIS COME WITH CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS? A CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN FOR REGISTRATION IS IN THE CRATE.

The bike rides really well very good take off. Customer Service from seller call you up if you are having a problem registration and explain what has to be done. If you ever want to buy a bike this is the place. Eugene H Brown

I am very happy with my Scooter and the entire process. Shipping was fast and support was great! Hazel was very helpful in the registration and temporary e-plate process! If you are looking for a great scooter and great support this is the way to go!

If you need any support for this Scooter, you are on your own. Local repair shops CANNOT get parts to repair this scooter.I bought one of these and even with the insurance I received less than 1/2 what it cost me. Less than 10 miles and the fuel pump went bad and no one can get parts to repair it.I have contacted the manufacturer on their website and they do not answer you back at all. Contacted Amazon and their help is, they will sell me the part for $600.00. That is less than 1/2 what I have in it.DO NOT BUY NO MATTER HOW CHEAP IT IS. NO SUPPORT
