Very strong
We bought this to lift up deer's. It worked great. I can not wait to see how else I can use it.

Great upgrade from a manual chainfall
Seems to be well built and the winch is quite powerful although I've never lifted anything more than a few hundred pounds. This is extremely versatile when paired with a rolling trolley system. Wireless controller works well, although the add-on wireless box is pretty big and has a huge red blinking light. Neither of those impact performance but keep that in mind if you're installing this in tight quarters.

Powerfully lift, but heavy
So far so good. Using for a garage platform lift. Very powerful, great remote control. But,,,, this unit is very heavy

Quality
This unit appears to be a good solid hoist. Not sure I would use it for heavy items but it works great for lifting items into our loft.

Horrible customer service
I purchased this hoist along with trolleys and track brackets. Everything arrived as promised. However, the hoist is heavy (~40 lbs) and the box arrived pretty beat up. Because of this and not very secure packaging, the electrical control box was damaged with several internal standoffs (posts) broken and an electrical connector moved and all of the pins bent. I contacted their customer service and it has been slow and tedious - submit the initial request, describe the problem, send pics, send the model and serial number; all in separate requests. It has been over a week of back and forth. Finally, they offered to replace the control box shell which will takes weeks to arrive (coming from an overseas warehouse) and then I would have to move all of the internal components from the current box to the new one. I simply asked them top replace the control box but, apparently, they won't. This was my last order of Vevor supplied products.

Worked for what I wanted
I bought this for one purpose… to take the hard top on and off my Jeep Wrangler… I’m sure I will use it for something else if needed but I bought it for the hard top… it works great..
