While this came a bit larger than I expected, it is still quite easy to use. I bought it to help improve my circulation and simply roll it on or near my lymph nodes for about 30 seconds and on my muscles for about 30 seconds. I do not use it regularly but when I do, it is very easy and makes a nice difference.

I bought this to massage after having liposuction. It was much bigger than I expected, so it is hard to get in the creases, but works well in the areas that I was able to use it on.

Exactly what I wanted. Has a bar all the way through and not sharp or pointy rollers. Works very well on my calf. I would recommend this to everyone. Very well made for the price I'm extremely satisfied with it! 🥰

Noticed difference after first use really helps with swelling and pain

This my second roller and I think its perfect if you’re a runner & sore after practice because it really targets the knots in your muscles and you will feel the difference after doing so & its a nice price.

It's a good roller. I think I would have preferred one with more texture to really get into my tissue. But it's well made and I would recommend if other rollers seem too painful.
