What is about 6 months ago very satisfied with my purchase came quick and on time.

I order this HP Laptop thinking it had everything wanted and needed in a computer. The hp was listed as having a backlit keyboard and it did not also it had 32 gb memory and when I called HP to inquire about the kwy board they told me the laptop didn't come with that much memory. It only came with 16 gb memory and the laptop had been altered and they immediately voided the warranty. After calling Amazon and getting a return for the product I received a credit from Amazon with $7 and change deducted for shipping charges after I had paid $20.00 for earrly shipping that's much i agree but very poor policy on both parties, I must admit I am very disappointed in Amazon for this type of practice.So I say buy at your on risk. I've had it for about a week now. It's quick, the battery lasts long enough for me to get some work done, about 3 hours depending on what I'm doing. Using it mostly for Canva and other instructional design projects, works well.

I had to get a new laptop after an accident damaged my Lenovo Yoga. I needed a replacement fast and chose this model. I was excited for a new device and anticipated better functionality with newer technology.After using for a week I can say the battery lasts about 2.5 hours, not long enough for a long haul flight. Disappointed with how quickly I now need to plug in after a solid 4-5 hours with my old laptop.I have transitioned all my files and if it wasn’t such a pain to make the conversion to another device, I would go back to shopping for something that had a better battery life.

I like it a lot. My last laptop was an HP Envy convertible, but I rarely (almost never) use it as a tablet, so this model includes a touchscreen so it makes a lot more sense.

Decent machine and great specs. Setup is horrible. There is no way to bypass the setup to customize and it FORCES you use Microsoft Account whether you want to or not. They continue to sell things from Microsoft even if you say no multiple times. The touchpad is so sensitive even on the least sensitive setting that clicks occur just getting your hand close to the pad - I now use a wireless mouse that takes up one of the 2 USB ports. I would have returned this right away but of course its mine now because there is no return because these issues are not criteria for return. The constant messaging getting you to use Microsoft things is obtrusive and so far there is no way to stop that nonsense. The battery needs recharging only after 2.5 hours of use. Disappointing is the not the only word to describe this but using others will reject my review.

Bought for our au pair to use during her college courses and she's very happy with it. Light weight, great size, and most importantly- fast. Ready to go quickly after opening the box. Hoping that it will last a long time.

These omissions significantly affect usability and convenience.To make matters worse, I had to go through the hassle of initiating a return to get what I originally paid for. While Amazon’s return process is straightforward, it’s frustrating to deal with this kind of misleading advertising. If you’re considering this product, double-check everything upon arrival. This experience left me questioning the accuracy of listings for high-ticket items.Be cautious, and ensure the product meets all specifications before your return window closes!
