I was very skeptical of this Sofa at first, looking for similar on Amazon and I was very concerned over common issues. I can confirm that not only does this couch pass the normal checks like Looking amazing, The firmness off every cushion and part is perfect, It doesn’t absorb smells easy and is easy to freshen.As far as Thickness goes, it is thinner but not too thin. For context i’m 250, but at a time was 400 lbs and have a friend who uses it commonly who is 350, Yet I can confirm this couch can take it laid out or sat down. I may preference by the fact that we don’t constantly plop down or “test it” but even on the odd occasional fall or mistake it holds up perfectly. Personally I added a mattress topper, held on with mattress sheet straps, and it folds up perfectly with the couch. It definetly has a much firmer approach to comfort but not to the point of being too firm, if you’re looking for a very “sink into” or “pillow top” type of sofa then this may not be for you.But for anyone who can handle standard comfort then it’s for you!!Weight capacity wise, i’ve had 3 people on it max, me (250), a friend (390) and another friend (275) and it held up fine!

Easy to assemble. We added a cushioned mattress pad and it is incredibly comfortable! I’ve gotten many compliments on it. My two qualms are there isn’t a support toward the from of the cushions so it can get squished down. The second is that the charging port doesn’t seem to function. But the lights underneath the couch are fun for the kids

Good value for the money. We purchased this for our sun room to add extra sleeping space for guest. It has only been used a couple of times but those that slept on it said it was comfortable. The fabric and color are good quality and the sofa sits good. The charging port is handy and works well. Our guest like the convivence of it.

I don't normally write reviews, but this pull-out couch is surprisingly heavy-duty quality and easy to assemble (if you have two people.) it's also quite comfortable!

I ordered this for a room I used partly for a "casual office" as well as for a guest room. There are some good as well as negative points to it:The Good:Well-built & sturdyAttractive upholstery (should hold up)Color of the upholstery is lovelyBuilt-in USB port (yay!)Holes to put canned drinksA Few Negatives:Not very comfortable to sit on - painful for me but son likes itThe "bed" would likely be uncomfortable - super thin mattress, and not very largeTakes RV sheets rather than standard (full bed) - mattress is thinner than sheets you can orderThe "cup" holders are too small for coffee mugs - will hold canned drinks, thoughIt would be nice to have a USB port on both sides of it rather than just one of the armsAs I said, there are many good features. Overall, it does not meet my personal needs (I need more comfort for sitting as well as for overnight guests who will sleep on it). I would not order it again, but my son loves it (says it feels okay for him when he sits) so I am giving it to him and I'll keep looking. Basically, it's not for everyone, but those for whom it meets their needs should love it.

Overall, I like it. What is keeping this from a 5-star rating is: 1) the item came in 2 shipments, 3 days apart and the boxes were damaged, falling apart making it difficult for me to get it in the apartment; 2) the USB/electronic set up has poor instructions. The illustration and connector provided does not match what is actually on the product. The ambient lighting feature and USB charging feature is therefore useless.

Worked as advertised. We did add an extra foam mattress.
