I purchased this for my 3 year old to play Minecraft and other games he enjoys. For the price it’s a great entry level system, the unit I received has a b350m and the rx580 8g, I still use a b450m with the rx580 4g in my build and it does fine on most games so I wasn’t worried about the performance from a graphics stand point. The system boots quickly, a little noisy but nothing crazy. The rgb buttons, do work properly and I can not say how the included wireless adapter works as I have it networked but I will say it is a nicer dongle than what I have received from other builders. Not a competitive build but great price for performance on a prebuilt, plus it looks good!

So when the pc arrived it wouldn’t power on there were broken pieces inside the pc the glue to hold some of the components together was still wet causing some parts to move or completely become attached this was a terrible purchase do not by this brand

I was a little skeptical in buying this unit for my novice gaming niece after reading the reviews. However, I searched other reviews including the BBB to get a feel for the company and I am glad that I chose to do my research and go with my own interpretation.I ordered this PC as a gift and it was not opened until three weeks after its arrival. My niece was excited to go from a gaming laptop to a gaming desktop. Once we unpacked the pc and connected all the accessories we powered it up. We noticed a ticking or scrubbing sound. We powered it down and removed the glass side paneling. We discovered that during shipping the outgoing fan had been damaged and the piece that was chipped and free was making the sound. [Note: I cannot blame VIPRTECH or Amazon because the carrier has been responsible for many broken, missing, and wrong address deliveries. When I see that they are the delivering carrier I immediately know that getting a non-problematic delivery is a 35/65 not in my favor dice roll.]I contacted VIPRTECH, and with it being after hours I didn't reach anyone, but did receive an email letting me know that some one would reach out within 24 hours. I was contacted by email by a representative [Colin] at 8am that next morning. He asked for me to take and send pictures of the damage and the back of the unit. I did, and he immediately informed me that I could send it back and they would build me a brand new piece or that they could send me a replacement fan to install. After talking to him I was confident that I or her dad could replace the fan, and opted for that. Also, knowing how excited and impatient my niece was to play some of her games on desktop, I didn't want to tell her she had to wait for a new pc. Colin was so patient and understanding he even went over a list of games that she could play with the chipped fan to ensure that she would not cause damage to the pc. The fan arrived today and true to Colin's word it was a breeze to repair. My niece is all set and happy. I will update again once she has had it a while to attest to her take on her new gaming performance.So, overall I can say that I am happy with my decision. It is inexpensive, allows my niece to feel like she is on level with her AAA gamer brother, and customer service was A+. I have had to contact many pc companies over the years and I can say only two have been pleasant, understanding, and informative. VIPRTECH is among that count. As of today I have two companies to choose from when considering purchasing pcs and laptops. Thanks so much Colin.

Amazing pc works great at the beginning I thought it was broken because hdmi wouldn’t work but called tech support and they told me I forgot to plug in a wire inside the pc so it solved my issue, fast support called me instantly thanks, wish it came with a keyboard and mouse but still works either way I’m happy

I’ve had this PC for a little over a month, and I use it for school work and some mid-weight gaming. It runs very well, and I’ve had no problems with performance quality or setting it up.The wi-fi adapter it came with would not connect to the desktop, so I ended up having to buy a new one. But besides that, it’s handled all of my editing software and games very well.

1 out of 3 was not as "new" as the others. 2 out of 3 loaded in repair mode but quickly repaired and loaded. 1 out of 3 came in with a slight dent on the case at the base but I cant tell if it was a shipping thing or was shipped that way. I did buy the extra 2 year coverage just in case I need it.Now 3 out of 3 run very well no issues, 2 of those have new video cards added and we are trying to abuse the limits of what the pcs can do. Still looking for the limits haven't found them yet. Great air flow, great visibility, plenty of rood for upgrading gpu. I plan to buy another one very soon to replace the asus train wreck I have on life support.

Was delivered in the two days it said it would be, booted up and worked great for the first day. After that it began rejecting display/going black randomly after trying to game or crash altogether after freezing up. sent a message to tech support and havent heard back. Outside of that the computer isnt terrible, it would just be nice to have it work 100% of the time.

This is a problem. The pc Is a highly returnable item. If you want to take a chance go for it . But after me leaving this review I hope to save you heartache, tears and disappointment especially if you’re trying to get it for your kids. I wouldn’t recommend at all. It’s a good looking machine that’s all. It would power on but that’s all I got out of it, right away the mother board didn’t work. Also the box stated it was black upon arrival i got the white one which was expected, I’m not sure if I’m looking into it and analyzing it to deep but I thought that was weird. Nice guy that sells them but I’m glad I went through Amazon where I got the support I needed to return it on the weekend .
