The chair is great. My 93 year old mother lives the best and massage. I highly recommend this company. I had a issue with the remote 11 months after purchasing and they promptly solved the problem. They were extremely fast at replying to my messages.

They are comfortable and the seize was perfect for us.

I purchased this for my mother who is a senior citizen who was having back and hip problems that were preventing her from sleeping in her bed. This chair not only helped her with being able to sleep comfortably but also helped to ease the pain she was feeling. She is extremely pleased with the chair in every way possible. She especially likes the fact that she can adjust how far up the leg rest goes, which allows her to still put her feet out without having them completely straight. This has done wonders for her back and hip pain as it relieves some of the pressure on her spine so that her herniated discs are not further aggravated. I have even used the chair a few times and found that it helps with my own lower back pain. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone who not only has trouble getting up from furniture, but also to anyone suffering from back pain. The only downfall I see with the chair is that the color is listed as grey, but it is really more of a blue-grey. Nevertheless, it still blends with our other furniture and home decor.

My husband and I use to joke it was too bad we couldn't bring our heated car seats in to enjoy in the house! Now he is one happy camper with this chair! My husband is 60, so not exactly elderly but has had one knee replacement and needs the other one done, So "the dump" feature of this chair takes the stress off his knees getting out of it. He works all day standing on cement, so he enjoys the vibration part, too, and the heat is terrific! So the chair is perfect for us! He's not much for putting things together, so that task fell to me, and I can say it was easy to follow the directions and we worked together to align the arms and connect. The electrical part was just a matter of connecting a couple of plugs, so also an easy task! He loves his new chair and I enjoy the heated lumbar part when he's at work! He's a big guy and is hard on chairs, so if this one wears out, we definitely would buy it again!

This is a nice chair, but the heat on it is not very noticeable. Purchased for my mom for nursing home. Nice size.

I was some what intimidated at first wondering if I would be able to assemble.The main base is heavy and should be put in the place you want it before you assemble. I moved it myself but you may need help.Advice, look at the parts, look at the instructions. Take your time and it will come together slowly and nice ly. Depending on your DIY (do it yourself) abilities you can do it with no problems.The chair is much nicer than I ever expected.

Easy to assemble. Instructions easy to follow. Easy to operate.

I bought my mom a power lift recliner from Amazon and decided to get my husband and I one two. So we bought two of these recliners. Pretty easy to assemble. Material is vey soft BUT....We are both 5' 6" - 5' 7" and our feet hang off the foot rest. Not a huge issue right now, but I can tell the foam on foot rest will wear down to nothing over time. But we decided we can probably live with that. But after a day or two the heat/massage element stopped working on the first chair and a day later stopped working on the 2nd chair!!!!! Reached out to vendor and I'm now on a week going back and forth with the vendor. They do not want to pay shipping because it's too expensive and have asked that we 'just keep the chairs since the recliner part still works'!!!! They asked me to video tape what the chairs are doing-which I did two days ago..... And now crickets! Each time you talk to the vendor, Amazon gives them 2 days to get back to you! It's been over two days since I sent the video which means now I have to file a claim. I am not an Amazon fan to begin with, but I use them because it' always been easy to return things. But recliner chairs are a huge fail. At any rate - do not buy these chairs!
