Not tinted at all.
The cover is completely clear not tinted. Save your money and order with a different seller.

Not tinted but good enough
The product is sturdy plastic to hold my license plate. The product says “tinted” but it is not tinted at all. 3 of the 4 holes align to the holes in my license plate and car. 1 hole in the plastic cover does not align to my license plate and frame.
