This device works well. It needs a power source so make sure that this is something that you are accounting for. It has been working well at allowing me to utilize dual screens.

Great customer service: SOLVED my doesn't work properly issues.
Basically useless. It didn't work on a steam deck dock and level1techs KVM.I bought a different one that worked, so i know this model / vendor was the issue.**UPDATE**Vendor reached out to me and supplied, at no extra cost, their version that works with KVMs.Raised to 4 stores because the service was fantastic. And the new product works perfectly

Additional power cable can not be used with a few cases.
Works perfect. There is an issue with certain cases that you will not be able to use the power cable. Like it is with mine. But, this is not a problem if you are not using the speakers built into your monitor it seems. I am having no issues with not having the power cable plugged into the adapter. It's working great without it. :)
