This office chair exceeded my expectations. The seat cushion is soft yet supportive, the backrest is ergonomically designed to fit the natural curvature of the spine, and the tilt tension works very well. You can adjust the tilt tension soft enough to lean back quite a bit or adjust it firm enough to have the chair assist you in sitting more upright for those of us with poor posture. The height adjustable lumbar support pad is very well placed, unlike in many other inexpensive chairs, it sits nicely against your back to relieve pressure without forcing you into an unnatural position. It is also nice that the armrests can be tilted up if you like to cross your legs while sitting and the arms may have been in the path of your knees. Assembly was extremely quick easy, everything is very well labeled and all necessary tools are included. The instruction manual is also very concise with proper images and directions. The chair ships in a very compact, yet safely protected packaging. My productivity has noticeably improved since using it. Highly recommended!

This is not a high-end chair, but it will do fine for a lighter person someone who treats chairs gently. The plastic used for the lumbar support and arms is a bit soft. It dented and shredded a little bit when I had to back out a screw a couple of times. Instructions were not quite as clearly illustrated as a different but similar chair I had just assembled the week before from another seller. The seat is soft. The 5 legs are metal. The arms raise up mostly out of the way, which is good but it looks a little odd. I think it would be good for someone who needs the arms when sitting, but they can raise them to get out of the chair in a tight space. You cannot take the arms off because the arms hold the chair back and seat together. I used a small drill with a hex bit to assemble. Everything was included but I dislike using the included hex tool. It is rated for 300lbs, but if a big person will use it, I'm not so sure it will last a long long time. It does look nice (black).

This office chair is pretty nice. It looks pretty standard but meets all the essentials. Good cushioning and support, wheels move quite smoothly. Has a good arch support in the back. Material feels good and smooth, and can tell that it airs well to cool off in the back. Was pretty easy to install as well with clear instructions with video if needed. Overall great and sturdy office chair.

Was so excited that my chair came a day early, I couldn't take my old one another day. It was falling apart after years of great service.This chair is a joke. It does not feel very stable, it wobbles like you are rocking, but you aren't. Such a disappointment. On the plus side, it was easy to assemble. I will give it a test run and report back.
