I've been having lots of knee pain and my doctor recommended the cream made by this company. I saw these supplements and decided to try them as well. After a few weeks I noticed my fingernails were coming in much stronger and thicker than usual and I'm pretty sure it's because these pills are helping build my cartilage. I have no adverse side effects taking these and they seem to ease my knee pain as well. (my knee joints are very painful so I don't expect anything to really stop the pain). I will keep taking them as I like the results with my fingernails and hope it's having a similar effect on my knee cartilage.

I have had pain in my knee for 11 months due to a fall. I was having difficulty on stairs and by the end of the day the pain sometimes made sleeping impossible. It felt as though it would fail to hold me. After one tablet I felt a great improvement. Now after five days I no longer even think about it. I can do stairs normally and getting up from a sitting position is no problem. I forget about the previous weakness and enjoy all my regular activities without even a twinge of pain. Don’t hesitate, grab it and use it. Just one tablet a day!

I was taking another product and was going to reorder but they were out of stock, so I went searching for something similar. I liked that these were basically twice the strength of what I had been taking. I don't consider these as pain relievers, so I don't expect that; taking them over time may prove that benefit or not. The pills are a bit on the large side for me, but they are coated and go down pretty easy with enough water. I will buy these again. They are flavorless, as far as I know.

I started to use this because I have dislocated and had surgery on both of my shoulders. I have suffered and been through a lot of dislocations and breaks. My bones and joints are always suffering. Especially when I try to lift heavy. I do hope this stuff works.

I tried it to see if it works and I found out that works better than the previous product I've used for years and costs twice as much, I'm very pleasant!

Extremely short shelf life. Expiring soon (with 6weeks) and I ordered multiple for my trip overseas. It was my intent to have sufficient supply while I am not in the U.S.very disappointed
