I needed something to look at my pet while I'm gone for a couple of days. This product was very easy to set up at a great value. I can see and hear things clearly. Really happy with this product!

The video was excellent, we could hear the sound on our phone but the person next to the camera could not hear what I was saying. The volume was at 100% on the device and still we had to put our ear next to the speaker to hear what was said. Of course a cat or dog will hear it since they have better senses than humans but that is not the point. We use the latest model of Samsung phones and I wonder if this device is not prepared for Android as another buyer stated in his review.

So I'm away at school, and I've always missed my 17 year old cat whenever I'm gone cuz we're best of buddies. I ended up getting this in my last year and it's so nice to just pop in and see her :) I can also talk to her and my family thru it and she can see me too!The app works pretty well, the only thing I've noticed on my android is that if you don't exit out of the app and like have it stop working in the background, it will cause you to not be able to hear audio in other apps. I was so confused as to why that was happening but I figured it out. This is probably something they can/will fix.I also love how I can see in the dark, seeing her glowing orbs is very nice. Overall it does exactly what I want and I'm very happy with it.The first photo is what it looks like, it's currently on one of those portable computer stands. The one picture in daylight of her on the couch is when I said hello!

Easy setup and simple to use. I bought this for two purposes 1) to check on my puppy while no one is home 2) so my kids can video call me when they get home from school/ if I step out briefly. I’ve had it for two weeks and it’s worked great so far.

I bought this camera to have in my grandmothers room because she’s in a nursing facility & the picture is clear as well as the sound quality. I pop in on my grandmother at anytime & can talk to her & she can see/hear me clear.

The video quality is quite good once it’s set up. The app works fairly well but the initial set up is quirky. I got an error message in Chinese. Had to use a different email address to get it fixed as I couldn’t figure out what I did wrong it reset this problem. My biggest complaint is the audio is horrible. It speaker and microphone sound like something from a 40’s war movie. Not really useful when trying to talk to a 86 year old who is hard of hearing and some cognitive issues. If you want to watch and monitor its fine, if you want to have a conversation not worth a cr@p.

Bought this in order to keep an eye on my elderly mother and talk to her through the screen as she can’t get to grips with video calls over the phone.This does everything I wanted and she doesn’t have to do anything, or she just presses one button to call me. Simple and at such a great price. Easy to set up. The only negative, which I don’t want to mark the product down on, is the volume can’t be turned up massively. But this wouldn’t be an issue if my mother wore her hearing aids!

I hardly do reviews but had to with this. I was going to purchase thr ipet camera for nearly £200 to see my dog whilst I'm out and connect by video so she could see me but found this and it did not disappointing for over less than thr price of thr ipet. Took minutes to set up the video quality is amazing. Top quality camera. I have the tapo cameras from argos at my home which are brilliant to see through your phone but this gem has a video both ways. It does have a call button on thr device which is great for pensioner's easy to use but it's not needed at all. I can call the camera from my phone and it becomes video call without having to press answer on the device it auto connects. That was my biggest question buying this so wanted to add that in for others. But I can honestly tell you if your thinking of buying a camera for your parents grandparents pets or anything get this I couldn't say anything bad about it its amazing 100% also while I'm abroad and my parents stay at my house they can easily call me straight on a video and my dog goes straight to it waggling her tail just fantastic. The most important thing this would be good for is anyone worried about an elderly person living on their own and how complicated phones are for them this is so easy and they don't even have to press the call its just an option as it auto connects. Oh and it follows movement as my dog moves about the camera moves and follows her every move wide lense too. Probably longest review I've ever done but honestly what a bargain and a fantastic purchase 👌 👏

It was a little complicated to set up but I'm not a techy person. Am happy with it. My parents have a Ring set up in their lounge which means I can see them but they can't see me. This gadget let's us see each other. Very good value for money.

Really liked the way this product is designed and it's function.This works very smoothly giving a smooth video and high quality picture.The video calling function is simply superb.
