Good audio (with adjustment)
The RJ9 adapter fit the side of my desk phone perfectly, and the 3.5 mm jack took the adapter from my headset well. As I received the item, both headphones worked, but the mic did not. I expected this to possibly be the case since headphones are wired differently. I cut the wires and swapped two of them and soldered them, and now everything works great. It is great to have the dual ear and boom mic headset with my desk phone.

Audio distortion
The cable has serious issues with “audio interference” or “audio distortion.” I used a brand new audio technical earbuds, tried also bigger headphones, and I was able to hear noises such as little explosions or faraway sounds.I will try a different brand… not recommended

as working from home I use a soft phone on my laptop I connected this cable to phone handset I have at home and use it to make a call 👍

Bought this to use a regular 3.5mm headset with my Yealink deskphone. It works. No complaints.

Does not work with every phone.
Probably a good product, but did not work with my phone - got a weird buzzing noise the whole time. Had to return.

Doesn't always work
The sound quality was good but no microphone output could be heard on the other end, no one could hear me. I have a Yealink T48S, which is listed in the compatible products, so I guess I got the short end here? I'm sure it works great for the correct models but Yealink T48S is not one of them.

IT WORKS
We have Shoreline phone system and a Jabra Pro 9450 headsets and this adapter allows me to wear my more comfortable gaming headphones/mic that also reduces noise. LOVE IT!
