Neat package with two amount of each part made me feel extra secured. This heel lift is great for personalizing to fit your needs. It'd be even better if the layers came in different thicknesses for more customization, but using two sections together does the job well enough for me. Plus, I still have two more sections left for another pair of shoes. These lifts have really upgraded my comfort, especially considering the price! One problem I had with my old lift was that it was too wide and damaged my shoes. These ones are just the right width and stay securely in place without any adhesive slipping. They're so comfortable and discreet that I hardly notice them when I wear my shoes. The design with peelable layers to adjust the height is brilliant. After removing one layer, I immediately noticed smoother walking and I'm confident it's improving my back health. I'm definitely getting more sets so I can have one for every left shoe I own. That way, I won't have to worry about which shoes have them when I decide to switch things up

The media could not be loaded. These heel lifts have been a helpful addition to my shoe inserts rotation. The 3-layer design is clever - you can mix and match the stackable pieces to fine-tune the height to your liking, up to a full 1 inch boost. The PU foam and gel material strikes a nice balance between soft cushioning and supportive firmness. I like the honeycomb patterned bottom too - it grips the inside of my shoe pretty well to minimize shifting around. The adhesive does seem to lose some tackiness over time, but washing and air drying perks it back up reasonably well. While they work in most of my shoes, I did find the full 3-layer stack takes up a fair bit of space, so roomier footwear is definitely the way to go there. The color options are handy for matching different shoes and insoles too. All in all, a practical and customizable heel lift option!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I’m very happy with these height increase insoles. They are very comfortable and the light, washable adhesive keeps the lift in place. I’ve tried similar products in the past which were uncomfortable and would move around in my shoe as I went through the day. I recommend

I recently tore my Achilles tendon. I bought these inserts to raise my heel and take pressure and stretch off of my tendon while it heals. I use the .5 in riser in a pair of Air Force 1s and they fit perfectly. My walk improved as my pain was decreased. So far they seem to hold up really well as there is no sign of wear on them. The additional risers I put in 2 other pair of shoes lifting them .25”. I like that you can’t tell from the outside that anything is inside my shoe it just looks normal. If you wanted to put them in a single pair of shoes you could add a little tape or glue so they don’t move but I didn’t as I switch them between shoes when needed. Once my foot is in the shoe they are easy to use as they don’t move around at all.

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the gel part of the lift is very comfortable but, it’s not wide enough. I have narrow feet and it’s still too narrow, so much so that my heel slides off the lift. Recommend if your heel is very small and narrow

Amazing value for the money! I bought these for my dad, who had a femur break many years ago. They are working great for him! Nice cushioning, and support! I’d say the adhesion is maybe a little loose, but over all great! Great design!

These inserts fit my shoes perfectly, and I could layer them to fix the size difference just right. They're super comfy and durable, but man, I wish they had something for sandals too. If you've got arthritis hitting one side but not the other, this could be the solution you've been looking for. Now, I've gotta wear these babies every day, so I'm stocking up for every pair of shoes I own. Skipping them? Hello, instant knee pain. These shims - sizes and stick together like magic with that double-sided tape. It might take a bit of trial and error to get the adjustment just right before sticking them, but believe me, it's worth the effort. Bottom line? This thing does what it says on the tin and is worth every penny.
