this bed was a replacement for another, which did not have temperature controls nor a timer. Both of those things are critical for comfort, IMHO. My kitty is older and not carrying a lot of weight. She gets cold easily and this is the answer. The bed has very high-quality construction; it's very soft and operates as described. It is especially nice in cold weather, which we often get in winter in the Pacific Northwest. haven't washed it yet, but hope it holds up well.

Living in Tahoe, my cats experience some chilly winters. I maintain a decent heat through the home, but it is not nearly as warm as the cats would like. This bed is absolutely perfect for keeping them comfy cozy, and I hardly see my cats out of the bed unless they are eating, drinking, or using the litter. They LOVE this!I run it continuously (not recommended) and it has had no signs of issues. It can get quite hot, so I normally keep it at the middle setting, and that seems to be perfect for the cats. It does have a timer option if you’d like to use that as well

I initially got this heated cat bed for my recent adoptee Phinks, a young adult sphynx cat. He certainly likes it, but the most frequent connoisseur of the bed is my 7-year-old domestic shorthair Nunu, who’s less “play play play” and appreciates a good nap. He may not be hairless, but he absolutely adores this heated bed. The heat is a clear plus, and the donut shape gives him pillow access from every angle. Best heated cat bed I’ve bought so far! The adjustable temperature and cat-approved shape make it perfect for my kitty boys.

I have a frail elderly cat and wanted an upscale heated bed. The size was too roomy for her, and the mechanisms of the heating unit were hard and uncomfortable for something touted as comfy. The value for money was absurd in my opinion. She uses it occasionally, but isn't nearly as comfortable nor does she sleep as deeply as in much less expensive units. Disappointed.

It’s not like super super hot, but i mean, let’s be honest. a cat has some thick fur so your gonna need a pretty hot surface for them when it’s cold. i think this is perfect. i got it for him so i can take him on walks in his stroller in the winter time. i also purchased a portable outlet so i can bring it with on walks. this is awesome

After just over 6 months it stopped heating up.My cat no longer lays in it because it doesn’t work. The lights and settings still work but it doesn’t heat at all.

I was a little hesitant to order because of the "timer" function - I need to heat 24/7 and did not want to have to reset it daily. But lo and behold the timer is just an ADDITIONAL function. The bed stays warm all the time and the cat is loving it. Nice product.

Bought this for my cat during the winter. He didn't want much to do with it but he's very picky so that's not surprising. My concern with this bed was with the heating and distribution of the heat. I set it up on a chair and set it on a 3. I placed a small bag in it to give it some weight (it's only supposed to heat up fit if the cat is it) so it would be nice and warm for my cat. After about an hour I came and checked it. The top of the bed felt luke warm but the chair it was sitting on was HOT. The base of the bed was very hot and it worried me if I left it for a long period of time or if I turned it up any higher than a 3. I decided to keep on a 1-2 and keep it on the floor. If purchasing, I would keep this in mind and would be careful about the temperature. In the end, my cat couldn't be bothered with sitting in it longer than 15 minutes and would instead rather come take over my bed lol.

My cat, Jack, loves this bed. It amount of heat in the bottom pad is just right for him. He snuggles in there all the time.

Love the timer and the heat settings. I have two heaty beds…this is the newer one. It has reduced the cat fights over the beds!My one cat goes outside in the winter, comes back in and heads for the bed to warm up. My other 18 year old cat appreciates the warmth and the different settings for different times of day.It sits in my bay window which is my cat perch so they can see outside.

My cats a big boy (18lbs.. big frame) but he still likes the bed. The cord is a good length and bonus that it's chew proof.

My cat is totally obsessed with her bed ,she always in it ,I got another one for the bedroom,it’s so soft and comfy and good quality,also beautiful blend in with my decor ,anyone that as a cat should get this ,it’s hands down the best purchase I ever did for my baby 😻

My cat loves this! He can adjust to any position, and when he is too warm he will jump out for a while at his leisure.
