If Amazon doesn't ship it with a cold pac maybe they will not be as effective?

I work in a health food store…it comes to us in box, no ice pack, just like it would come to a residential delivery. We put it in the fridge when we stock it. It is freeze dried to survive the shipping process. Refrigerate ASAP

Do these probiotics contain dairy

Hi Maurman- great question! No, these probiotics do not contain any dairy. Solaray® Mycrobiome® Women’s Formula Probiotics are Vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, and Dairy-Free. I hope this helps and thank you for considering Solaray!

This product needs to be refrigerated. Mine ordered was deleivered without any cooling device. This will make the product less effective, right?

Hi Jessica! I reached out to the manufacturer and here is their reply: We’ve tested them shipping ground to FL in the middle of summer and after 6 days of hot truck transit we’ve observed about a 40% loss. We overformulate by 40-50% to account for this. Winter months it’s not much of an issue. It’s the hot summers. So in the winter I would say no need for cold packs and even a week is fine. Summer time they should not be in transit for more than 5 days. So still effective and planned for. Hope this helps and thanks for choosing Solaray!

how large are the capsules?

Thank you for your question concerning the Solaray Mycrobiome. This product contains capsules that are .95 inches long and .33 inches wide. Please contact us if you have any other questions, or if there is something else that we can assist you with. Thank you for choosing Solaray, and have a nice day. Matt
