Best Starter PC 100%
Everything works as they should. I had no problems, WiFi worked and got fixed. 1TB is a lot of storage. It’s just the case that threw me off.

Not worth it
Product stopped working a month after Christmas. Our daughter only had three games on it. It won’t open any programs at all. My husband knows computers, and it’s still not operable at this point, we gave up.

Quality Control Issue
I’m fairly pleased with it. Good specs for the money. But I was taken aback when I tried to boot the first time. “No hard drive detected.” I was thinking, “oh, great. I’ll have to ship it back. But it’s an SSD, so I was pretty sure I knew what it was.Popped it open. Sure enough. The power cable to the drive was in no way connected. Amazon, you might want to chat with the assembler on this and make sure they CONNECT THE POWER before shipping these out. You have to wonder: how did they test it?

PC was not as advertised. The pc did not have a wireless card adapter!! Will be sending back for a refund!

Great for a starter!
Bought this PC for my 5 year old to “game” on and so far he loves it and it works great! And it came just in time for Santa to leave it under the tree! Shipping was fast

DO NOT BUY!
I hardly review negative on products. In this case I feel I have to in order to save others from making the same mistake. My step son wanted a gaming PC. Since it's his first I decided on a refurbished PC. This is not as advertised. It definitely does not have WiFi as listed. If you buy this plan on installing an after market WiFi adapter. If this wasn't a present from Santa this would have been returned. Less of a complaint is in the picture it looked like a flat silver camo. It's actually a sparkly disco ball cover. Very deceiving. I could have lived with this if it wasn't for the other issues. I'm not confident the other specs are as stated either. As the title says scroll past this product do not buy.

Pretty good for the price
This pc runs the sims 2, 3, and 4 smoothly with mods! Never had any issues and the graphics are great for what I’m playing. Will update if I have any other concerns.
