I was concerned originally reading these reviews, about the laptop being for another region. The laptop arrived in great condition and new in box. I took it out and it has worked perfectly since day one. I ran all windows updates, updates bios, and adjusted the region time and things work perfectly. It’s definitely worth the price.

I liked the computer, I have always had good luck with Lenovo. Unfortunately the open box computer that I received was originally sold in India and not eligible for support in US so I returned it once I completed setup and ran Lenovo Vantage to receive updates.

Beautiful, fast, great keyboard, exactly what I was looking for! My eyes are getting old and tired, so my little 14" Lenovo ThinkPad was too hard to see. This big boy is exactly that computer, only faster and bigger, with a numeric keypad. (Which is an annoyance to me, but oh well.) Home/End/PgUp/PgDn keys that don't need you to hit Fn first; great keyboard feel, and quiet as can be. Unfortunately, it comes with Win11, but they tell me I can "downgrade" to the superior Win10 with no trouble. Installing updates now, I might play with Win11 awhile, but I've already determined the things I use most have been deleted, and I'm not interested in playing Microsoft's marketing games. One of these days, all Linux all the time. For now, Win10 works. :)Update: Used Win11 for a few weeks, and I could stand it, but only barely. On Win10, this laptop sings beautifully!

Good battery life and no issues with setup. The speakers are of poor quality in streaming videos and meetings. I bought an external speaker for video streaming and a headset for meetings.

I had to return this item due to an issue with the battery. I did not replace with another ThinkPad due to this being the third one that overheats. As far as the use, the screen is good, and it was easy to setup and use. If you are familiar with Windows, it is always a breeze. I thought this was a good value, and had quick response times and the specs are pretty decent. The issue that caused my return was a defective battery. This could have been caught during packaging most likely as there was a visible gash on the back of the computer.

This was a perfect computer for my son who is seeking an engineering degree in college. Compatible with all of those programs. Reasonable price, and quality product.

I use my laptop as a desktop mostly and it has been running pretty much 24/7 for a couple of years with no issues.I use an external mouse and a 40" screen on the desk with great results. The touch-pad works good but I mostly use my wireless mouse except for short periods traveling. The unit keyboard is very nice, has a good feel and is enjoyable to work on when not at the office.Good value, very dependable and recommended.

Lenovo me dijo que Amazon no es un vendedor autorizado y los equipos vienen de países como Kenia, Singapur, etc. Este equipo empezó a reiniciarse solo a la semana de uso. Lenovo support Colombia pudo guiarme a instalar Lenovo Vantage dónde pudimos ver actualizaciones críticas que no se habían hecho. Siendo un portátil Lenovo y no lo tenía instalado.
