I like the tracker and its many features. The sleep, steps walked and oxygen level are accurate, however the blood pressure feature is not accurate. Others had a similar experience. It reads higher than the actual rate. It still is good quality for the money. I would like the alarm feature to have more flexibility instead of 8 AM, 9 AM or 10 AM. I would like it to have 15 minute increments.

I was really excited when I ordered this watch, and still use it daily. It has a ton of features that were just what I was looking for in a health fitness watch, but it was disappointing that some of them do not work well. The ones that do work have been a game changer for me though, which is why I still gave this watch four stars.What I like about it:- It tracks steps pretty accurately- It tracks distance pretty accurately and also has the option to choose between miles or kilometers.- It also tracks calories burnt. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but it's good to get a general idea...- It tracks heart beat and blood oxygen- It tracks different sleep stages time, total sleep time, light sleep time and deep sleep time.- When the wrist is raised to look at the watch it's face automatically lights up.- It easy to charge and holds the battery charge for several days. How many depends on usage.- This one can get annoying, but I desperately needed it! I alerts you when you've been sitting > 30 mins.- It is waterproof! Can be worn while swimming- Offers settings for 25 different sports. I only used the walking setting and it seemed accurate..- When/if connected it can find the phone/watch and makes it beep.- It includes a small and a large wrist band.It also has other features, alarm, weather, nd the face of the watch can be personalized with one of their options or one of your own.I heard that there is a way to also send text messages via voice, but I have not been able to figure it out.Why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5.- It tracks blood pressure, but at least in my case, it is not accurate.- Sports Setting (walking), I have to remember to press "Go" before I start walking and "Finish" when done.- Blood Pressure was way off for me. I would not use this for that purpose.- The sleep functions are only somewhat accurate. If one stays in bed after waking up it thinks one is still sleeping.- It randomly gets disconnected from the phone. I am not sure if it is a distance issue, but when disconnected the find phone/watch function does not work- It is able to display text message but not the full message. I bought this for me and my dad for Father's Day we both are on a little weight loss getting better health Journey right now and this has helped us with our steps and blood pressure as well because we both have high blood pressure it's very stylish and very easy to go with any outfit that you're wearing and both are doctors like it because it keeps a record of our sleep patterns and vitals and things that they can use on our checkups I have pretty large wrists my dad does too the size was quite good and fit great and it wasn't even that expensive so it was really good bye for the price the app is very easy to work with and it gives you tips on how to get better sleep I didn't know that there was a such thing as light sleep but the sleep tracker was pretty cool

I just got into working out again and wanted to track my O2 and HR throughout the day, and especially during my active times. This was a disappointment. I had a Fitbit a number of years ago that was good, but this is embarrassingly bad. During my treadmill runs my HR never increased past 115 beats per minute. I think we all know THAT is inaccurate, and it usually clocked it between 80-98. My oxygen always read 99, regardless of what was happening, whether I held my breath or took deep breaths for 30 seconds. As someone who measures these basic vital signs on patients for my job daily, I was irritated I wasted money and time on this product. I switched wrists, thinking maybe my circulation was off in my left arm, nope. I even switched to the inside of my wrist to see if my readings would become more accurate- nope. And it shouldn't even have a Blood Pressure reading, as we can see with all the reviews of people who actually like this glorified watch, it's untrustworthy and works for pretty much no one.I might have just gotten one defective product, but I am in no mood to spend time on products that are unable to achieve their purpose.

SpO2 is far from being accurate as is BP. When compared fir 48 hours with a traditional oximeter my SpO2 runs variable from 87 to 94% at most w/o oxygen assist. This watch as two others in the fitbit type, small 50 dollar range consistently read 98 to 99 %. This is just downright dangerous as it is false advertising!! BP also not reliable nor accurate. Other features are interesting, how accurate is questionable .Comfort is excellent, silicon band ..love! Very user friendly!!

Love this watch. I love the smaller face and large display, very easy to see the time without my glasses at night. I also like the fact that the light doesn't come on during the night when you move or turnover in your sleep ( like my previous smart watch did shining in my husband's face waking him up). It is comfortable and doesn't cause a rash on my wrist. Seems to function well and has good battery life. It is a good value for the money.
