This works great - I debated buying the more expensive unit. I have now used this enough to see that it is high quality and will certainly the functionality I needed. The only comment I would make is the included 'points' are in very poor quality boxes and were breaking out the boxes (flimsy and worn light card stock) when the package arrived. Left alone they would likely break apart and you would have a mess of points that would be difficult to load into the unit - this is all very manageable - just take a few minutes to repackage the points. The point driver and supplies are a full scale home run for me.

As others have noted, no instructions are included; but you can find videos online showing how to load the points. The product easily drives points into wood frames, and I like that the drive "force" is adjustable. Be aware that this product will not work on frames smaller than 8" across (will not fit inside frame pieces). For small frames, I use a Fletcher Frame Mate, which is more expensive; but is positioned outside the frame to drive points (instead of inside the frame like this product.

There seems to be dozens of sellers of this very same device, so it's mostly about price and how many "points" are provided. I went for the lowest price, most points (2000). It arrived in a plastic padded envelope -- no box, no blister pack, no instructions, NOTHING but the tool and two little boxes of points.Not necessarily a problem, but I'm suspecting I received a returned unit. Didn't look used, it works fine, so no problem (I guess).If this continues to work ok, it was a bargain. Time will tell.

I had a lot or Framing to do and this little Framing gun was up to the task. What a great help

Works great and is easy to use

It works really great to make sure the backing of your frame doesn’t come off. I used to use staple gun, but this is a lot cleaner looking and time saving.

This came without instructions. I have no idea how to load it let alone use it. Sorry, I submitted this before I watched the video. Very easy to load and use. I love it.

I have been wanting this driver forever.I use pastels in my artwork and this makes life framing a pastel so much easier! Super great price good quality!!
