We absolutely love our Garden Dome Igloo!! For starters, it wasn't hard to put up, but we had to pay CLOSE attention to the directions. Everything was labeled correctly, and all the pieces were there, along with extra attachment pieces. My husband basically put it up by himself with a little help from me getting the cover in place.Regarding the durability, we did use brackets to screw it into the deck as we frequently get winds well over 50mph. During the last storm, we had very high winds and the igloo stayed in place. The zipper on the door is heavy duty and overall, the igloo is very well constructed.We decorated it with our existing patio furniture, an indoor-outdoor carpet, TV, and put LED fairy lights around the framework. We're in Michigan, so we also have electric blankets and a heater.The igloo gives us the opportunity to get outside more often during the cold days and nights of winter. We love having friends over for cocktails in the igloo, and they all love the experience. This was a brilliant idea and worth every penny.

Due to a heavy snow storm, one of the connectors broke. Even though it was 10 months after the purchase, the manufacturer's customer service responded immediately. A new connector was sent to me at no cost. Nice Dome and great customer service.

Despite other people complained about assembly struggle and the long time, for me it was easy. In 1.5 hours by myself, the dome was ready. Easy instructions and well-labeled parts.We needed that dome as an outdoor office. The plastic is not 100% transparent, but it is good enough. For summer it is definitely very hot, and a shade net will be needed. As for winter, it would be great to know from the supplier if heating is allowed to be used inside and what type of heating.The reason I put 4 stars is for the size. No way 8 people can easily be inside. The 12ft dome is too small even for a 2-person office (office basic furniture + 2 people) . I wish the same company had 15 and more feet size.

We absolutely love this! It was fairly easy to put up as long as you follow the directions. It has been wonderful to enjoy the sounds of the ocean while being protected from the elements! We would recommend pulling down the outer shell in winds/gusts of 25mph + . Really easy to take down and put back up the cover.

This was as expected and was great to setup with extra parts, great directions and no issues! I would recommend buying this to a friend and already have. I live in Northern MN, held up so far!!

It’s super fun and a great way to enjoy the outdoors in bad weather. We put chairs, table and heaters in it and it’s super fun! Our friends like to hang out there too. Warm but protected.

It was easy enough to put together. But it’s missing a piece which is so frustrating.

Takes a long time to build but loved it once up but frustrated because one small (B) pole was missing. Amazon could only unfortunately do return and refund but after spending 2 hours building it thats a hassel. If the manufacturer reads this please reply if a missing part can be provided.
