The product worked beyond my expectations. My husband has ear wax build up and it is really hard to clean, often giving him a lot of pain and headaches whenever water gets trapped there or he tries removing the wax with cotton swabs or tools that are not much help. This water cleaner is strong enough to clean up a lot of the wax built up throughout the years, but it is not too invasive, so he does not get the bad pain he was used to trying to clean his ears before. It is the best treatment for a deeper ear wax cleaning at home.

As someone who might at times find myself being a bit overzealous with the qtips, I end up with impacted wax. Pair that with working in an environment that can be pretty dusty, wearing ear buds and ear plugs...and it's not good. I've also been gifted with eczema. In my ears. Did you know that was a thing? I didn't. I do now. So I need a way to clean my ears out like they use at the docs office. Previously I used a manual squirt bottle style, but that is a PITA. You've gotta hold it and hold nozzle in ear and pump it and hold the cup to catch and it's just a hassle. This is sooooo much easier to use. It works great and cleans out the wax with the indirect spray jets which don't also blast the wax in deeper and/or hurt your ear drums. I specifically chose this one because it features tips like that and not just straight nozzles like so many others. It's as good, if not better, than the ones at the docs office at cleaning out painful clumps of wax from in your ears.One thing to note- if you use it a little, use it a LOT. You don't want to partially clean your ear and leave water and wax in it. That's a recipe for infection. Take the few minutes it takes with this device and really clean em out good. It's worth it. 10/10 would buy again if something happens to this one. So far though, no issues and it is running great.

I ordered this ear wax removal kit in January. My husband has a lot of wax and has to go to the doctor to have it removed. I’ve ordered so many different things that didn’t work. This works great. He said it’s almost like the one the doctor uses. He uses it once a week and his ears are remaining very clean. It’s very easy to use and they include a bag of attachments. Excellent product!!!

A nice convenient ear cleaner, much better than the manual ear cleaning solution I've been using so far. Those take a long time, manually squeezing the liquid over, and over, and trying to finagle that while pointing it at the right part inside your ear.With this, it's basically point and shoot. You fill up the tank , and just press the buttons to set the setting (power level, spray style), and put it in your ear and it does the rest. Given the high/powerful water flow, you might have to fill it up a couple times more than the manual method, but that's because the manual method is so slow and takes so long to manually spray everything, whereas this is much faster with much less water, so will definitely still save you time each time you use it. Nice and easy to charge, USB-C is phenomenal. Very happy with it.

i have been using the product about weekly for the last 7 weeks, and it is doing its job with no issues. (i'm told i've been saying "what?" significantly less often.) i have used it both while in the shower and when standing over the sink. the nozzle fits comfortably in even my tiny ear canal. i charged the battery when received and have not needed to recharge it yet.note that (despite the product video from zhangshen store) the pump does arrive with stickered instruction to fill the water reservoir from the water port (not removing the reservoir cup from the body of the pump). "Before pulling out or closing the main body of the unit open the lower water inlet cover." and " Open the water injection port and fill the device with water."honestly, my only struggle with the device is trying to open that water port with wet fingers in order to refill the reservoir when i switch from first ear to second ear, so i just use a hair stick to accomplish that feat and all is good.glad i purchased, and i will continue to use.it is much easier for me to use than my old manual hand pump cleaner.

A nice easy to use ear cleaner that I have used multiple times. It has greatly improved my ear health and those irritating itches that can drive you crazy as well as removing ear wax much better than Q-tips. I will definitely continue to use it to maintain my ear health.

It works great just have to use it a few times in each ear even on high speed

Very accurately described. It does what it says it does and for the price, I would definitely recommend. I've bought some really expensive ones and this one works just as good. I really don't like leaving reviews but this one is worth it.
