I got it to work but only if I pressed the volume slides into the board which means if I wanted to mix the music I would have to literally hold the slide down to get it to produce any volume...impossible to do while playing an instrument. Badly designed and not worth the price, then I may have just gotten a bad one but considering the way it was built I doubt it, you could actually see inside the unit through cracks in the side of it.

It has a comfortable size, not to small and not too large. I'm a solo entertainer who sings and plays guitar, so the inputs are ideal for me. It also has Phantom power for my Sennheiser condenser microphone. The effects are just delay (echo), not reverb (hall), which I would prefer, but for the price it's a good mixer!

I found that the line input jacks to be not strong when using a 1/4 in. plug microphone.I had to turn the gain and the fader and the main fader all the way up as far it wound go, to get any reasonable volume.I plugged in my guitar and that worked fine. I didn't get to try out the XLR inputs, cause I don't have any equipment for that. The usb kind of worked but not as I expected, I went back to using the computer mic inputs instead, because it functioned better for my needs. I was going to use this board for recording ,but I found my samson worked better, it was much more quitter, No hums! But I'm going to use this board at church for my guitar. It still is ok for the price
