Not Compatible Without Hiring a Locksmith to program the key for you
Does not function with a 2005 Chevy Colorado using the ignition technique. You still need to pay a locksmith with special programming software to activate the key for you, after purchase. Therefore, it’s not necessarily an alternative solution, which the implication of the product’s advertising does advocate for this viewpoint.

Bought it to just replace my key fob case. Swapped my circuit board and battery over and worked right up. Feels a bit cheap but that’s what you get for the price. Can’t beat it.

Check dealership prices was 108 for just 1 key fob got 2 for less then 16 and they work had my mechanic program was done in less then 15 minutes great merchandise worked for me.

JUST LIKE THE ORIGINAL
ACTUALLY JUST USED THE OUTER SHELL AND INSTALLED MY OLD KEY FOB ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BOARD. WORKS AND LOOKS GREAT! WILL ATTEMPT TO HAVE DEALERSHIP PROGRAM THE OTHER ONE.
