The media could not be loaded. I have searched for a new couch (sectional) for some time now and eventually settled on this one. I am used to a more traditional sectional, (not modular), cozy leather, high back; however, I wanted something different and definitely did not want to spend an arm and a leg. I chose this and although it took me some time to get used to the low back and color, I really like this couch. It is very comfortable, firm but not too firm. I ordered the six seater and ended up ordering a separate ottoman for more of a cozy feel. Another thing, the assembly is pretty easy. The only issue I and my son ran into is connecting the back and arms until we figured out to connect these before connecting each section of the couch to each other. If you do not do not connect the arms and legs first and try to do it last, it’ll seem as if the backs are not lining up with the seat. Anyway, the couch is def sturdy, I could have gone with a bigger size (7 or 8 seater). I am satisfied and glad I made the purchase!

Before I speak on how beautiful and elegant this couch is I want to speak about the most important thing when buying anything. The customer service. I purchased this couch and a few days later it was 300$ less due to a black Friday deal. I contacted seller and received a quick response and they were willing to price match. Completely effortless purchase and such an amazing couch. 10/10 recommend.

I was originally very nervous to buy a couch that I hadn't seen in person but am very happy with my purchase. It came in several big boxes and was fairly easy to assemble. I did struggle when connecting the backs/arms of the chair to the seats but realized later on that you just have to push them together and they will align. The couch is firm which I like and the material feels nice. Very happy that I took the leap and purchased this beautiful couch!

The couch is comfortable and sturdy. I wish it was a little deeper as far as the width of the cushions however compared to what i originally was going to buy it came compared as close second and very affordable.

The worst couch I have ever come across. Ordered it because it was aesthetically pleasing and would fit great in my space. However, the pictures are how it is. There is no back cushion to the couch at all. It was so uncomfortable to sit on. I requested a return and they told me they would give me $200 to keep it or it would cost 30% of the entire purchase to return. I tried calling the number they provided for customer support and it went straight to voicemail every time. I am losing out on $400 just to return it… don’t make the same mistake as me!

This sectional is so comfortable and huge. It fit perfectly in my living room. I was quite surprised at the quality and was left impressed.
