The fabric is nice and soft, the chair is very comfortable in all it’s positions. It’s a nice size and not huge like most recliners. The assembly was not bad but I thought it came put together more. The price was fantastic, I compared this to many recliners and you got so much more for the money than others. It has both heat and massage.

I really like how comfortable & soft the material is. The remote is easily adaptable to go up & down. The only downside is that I wish the total length was longer, since I'm 5'10. My legs hang over

I like that it will go almost flat if you need to sleep on it. The massage and heat were great for me when I injured my neck, shoulder and leg! It is not loud when I use the lift.

Chair arrived with zero directions. Although I am pretty savvy with putting things together, this had me thrown for a loop. Zippering the seat to the back rest was an absolute nightmare because it didn’t make sense how that was supposed to work because the zipper pull was on the wrong side of the zipper. Then it totally pulled off the zipper track and I had to spend 20 minutes getting it back on then couldn’t figure out what the two independent metal pieces with bolts and wingnuts were again because no instructions work included. Finally this morning I remembered something in the description about wheels on the bottom and tilting the chair to make it roll easier so I will have to look at that this evening and install those. Once I did get the chair together, I tested everything including the massage and the heat and the rest and the back reclining and everything works great. But boy I got work out on this one putting it together.

Dislike the control that lifts the foot rest up.Must use the down arrow to lift the foot rest. Nice fabric. Massage and heat work well.

I bought this chair as an impulse purchase 2 days before having surgery. I wanted something that would fit into the aesthetic of the house after I was don’t using it to heal. This chair more than delivered. First, it arrived early! Second, the setup was incredibly easy (less than 15 minutes). Third, it has a heat component which I didn’t even realize. And last but not least, it is so comfortable that I’ve been able to sleep in it for 2 weeks which has helped my recovery by avoiding moving too much during the night. It is soft, it has great lines, and it has all the features. Couldn’t be happier!

The picture on its own looks like it might be more on the petite and thin side, but it’s actually the size I was hoping for and has enough “fluff” to sit comfortably for extended amounts of time. I did have some trouble figuring it out because there’s no instructions, but other than that, no real complaints. That said, I would like to point something out that should be clarified… as far as “massage modes” go, this is more vibration than massage (like there aren’t balls that roll up and down). In some sense, that does promote circulation, but I wouldn’t consider it terribly beneficial. Not a huge deal, but I was really hoping for something more therapeutic.

I love this chair. it has so many features I cant even begin to praise everything about the chair. It is not a really big recliner but my husband is 6 ft 4 in tall and approx 275lbs maybe a little more and he fits just fine in the chair comfortably. this recliner has massage, heat, and it also tilts back and the foot rest comes up and it is all controlled by remote. it also has lifting ability so if you have trouble getting up and out of the chair you can use this feature to help stand you up. Would be really great for elderly or disabled individuals who might need an extra boost. The massage and heat work really well, there are several different zones that massage and you have so many different combinations and strength choices to be massaged with. The motors run smoothly, hardly any sound comes out when it is moving. chair comes all in one big box, comes in 2 basic pieces along with the seat cushion and arm rest cushions. The directions are minimal but are easy to follow to assemble the chair and hook up the electrical wires. was able to fully assemble in less than 20 min once i had all the pieces in one place! not super heavy so it is easy to move around if needed, plugs into a normal outlet , there are 2 different plugs, one for the motor and one for the massage and heat. my husband is totally in love with it and sits in it all the time now. it just about fully reclines, like almost all the way flat. very comfortable to sit in. Quality is pretty good. I still ordered a cover for it just because we have a small child and we have dogs so i just wanted to make sure it was taken care of well so it will last longer. I dont every hear any creaking or noise like it is being over stressed. I believe there is a wooden frame for the chair itself but there is quite a bit of metal frame work under as well so it is pretty sturdy over all. I just really love this recliner. Price is also very reasonable. recliners by themselves are expensive but with all the features this one has it is definitely worth the price listed. very reasonable
