The picture is supposed to be better than 1200 x 800 but it's not, unfortunately.Update after 4 months: when i go on instagram in the upright position, the left half inch of the tablet does not work. The whole line of icons on the instagram page when looking at art work, all those icons to change from heart to adding to home. Dont work. Its as if the glass screen doesnt press on the right area. Sometimes it effects the sound, sometimes it does nothing. Then i have to turn the tablet 180 degrees to use, but that half inch of edge still dont activate anything in its area.Another thing: now the tablet starte going crazy opening apps without me tapping on them. Its like a ghost got inside the tablet.Update, 3.23.24I took the tablet yesterday wanting to look for used books on ebay. I found a book and i was reading the story. In a short form. Suddenly the text starts going bigger and bigger. I didnt touch the screen, i was just reading. It kept getting bigger so much that most of the screen was just a few letters of the text. I used two fingers to reduce it to normal size, but it just kept jumping bigger and bigger again.It took me a few seconds to be able to tap a few points to turn it off. And i left it off. Not using it again.It has a mind of its own.Dont buy it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve probably bought about every tablet on Amazon for my kids. But this has to be the best one doesn’t go slow and it’s very durable and sturdy, charges fast and the charge last. I waited for awhile to write my review just to make sure! So buy it. 💖

Tablet seems ok but does not support US LTE network so if cellular connection is important to you, keep looking

Update: the seller has kept really good communication and has made good on the purchase and the device. I have received a full refund and I still get to keep the device Even if I can just read on it and nothing else. Just make sure you know what you plan on doing before you buy so you can get the correct specifications and requirements .Original review: Within the first hour it restarted five times already. Glitched out twice and is super slow. Very unhappy. I normally have really good reviews to give but I'm very unhappy with this one. The seller usually has good products but this one is a dud.

Could not get it to work with Verizon even with their support.

UPDATED 12/8/23After speaking with the seller, I received a new tablet(at no cost). I returned the original tablet for a refund before the seller responded to my inquiries. numbered items correspond to numbers in my original review.1) new tablet allowed sign in to all google services. Problem solved.2) Storage is actually 32GB. RAM is actually 4GB. See below for more info.3) Seller did respond but it took a while. They sent me a new tablet, I agreed to update my review based on the new one. I got a refund on the original, and the new one was free.4) Battery is in fact not 8800mah. See below for more info.5) Android version is 8.1, not 12.0, verified by me, see below for more info.I felt I owed an in depth investigation and report, as I now own this tablet with zero cost to me, so I spent an afternoon digging into the issues to get proof of what i speculated on in my previous review. You can also verify this if you own the tablet(or many other tablets), by doing the following steps:Download and install Nova Launcher.Make it the default launcher.Touch and hold on the desktop to add a widget. Drag and drop Nova Launcher->Activity onto the desktop.From the list that pops up, scroll down to 'HRFTools'. Click the down arrow next to hrftools, and select 'Custom Change'.When you tap the custom change icon that is now on the desktop, you will get a screen that looks like the menu picture I attached. Yours will have values that match the item description, i changed all mine to default(click on any item in the list to change it's value) then rebooted. Now mine show the accurate values that I reported in the items above when you usIng the 'DevInfo' app downloaded from the play store. Battery capacity in DevInfo says 1000mah, but in the 'Capacity info' app(also from play store) it says the design capacity is 2500mah, and actual is around 5100mah. 5100 seems accurate, I get around 7 hours use on a full charge.All that being said, I'm not sure this is deception on the part of the seller, but someone is being deceptive about the specs of this product. is the tablet worth the price, knowing the actual specs? That is up to you. I will say if I had purchased this item knowing the actual specs, I would probably be satisfied with it.*original review*1) Tablet does not allow you to login to google services, so there is no google play store. It does not even give you a chance to put in your login info. Tap on login info (attached pic 2), it goes to (attached pic 3) for three seconds, then goes to (attached pic 1). This is for any google app login.2) Storage capacity is spoofed. After I started installing apps using APKPure(because I couldn't use google, see Number 1), I was up to about 14 GB on the internal storage. I then installed another small app, and it jumped from about 102GB free to 500 MB free!3) Seller does not respond to inquiries.(EDIT: after setting up a return the seller did respond to my questions. they promised to remedy the situation. if and when they do, i will update this review)4) I'm 99% certain the battery indicator is tampered with as well, It went from 100% charged overnight to 60% in about 2.5 hours. So approx. 5.5 hrs, from a 8000mAh battery? Yeah, no. Not willing to take the time to test this further than the 60% i got down to, so I could be wrong about this one, but the 5000mAh battery in my 3 year old phone lasts 2 days with the same usage pattern.5) android version is 8.1.0, NOT 12, and will not allow you to update.I was willing to give it a chance, and just use third party app stores, because the screen is decent(for the price),the speed is ok(about the same as my 3 year old Moto G power phone), but the lie about storage capacity and android version, and the lackluster battery and no response from the seller is too much. Desde que recebi no dia 02/05 tentei por diversas vezes ligar o aparelho enão obtive êxito. Deixei no carregador mais de 8 horas para verificar se não seria falta de energia porém nenhuma luz acendeu, nem mesmo nno momento do carregamento, e o aparelho continuou não ligando. No site da amazon me apresentou apenas a oção de devolução e não de troca. Gostaria de receber um produto em condições se possível.
