Worked good for 5 years. Boiler started making clicking noises, probably from the thermo sensor. Descaled unit, noticed lower water volume. Flushed unit again. Got some debris out of it. (Scale)Refilled unit, turned on. Water heated up fine. Started noticing water temp issue. Unit would drop to 80°C before it would heat up again. (Usually drops to 92°C before heating again) Unit set to 100°C this morning it was at 76°C so I had to reboil before making coffee. Water pressure on dispenser pump starts out strong then bleeds off. No leaks though. I think it's time to buy a new one. I use this boiler everyday for coffee, tea, soup and to warm the cats broth.

I was so excited about this product because it had 5 different heat settings unlike others who only have 1-3 settings. I tried it out for several days testing out the different temperatures but they are all scorching hot. I know 120 is tolerable but even the 50c setting is too hot to drink. 40c is straight up cold and pointless to even be a heat setting. I contacted the company to return and they want a video to show it’s too hot. They only respond once every 24 hours and won’t approve my return. I knew it would be a mistake buying from a seller outside of amazon but I thought I’d love this enough that it would be ok. I do not recommend this unless you only want hot water. If you are looking for variable temperature this is not the machine for you. And heed my warning and not buy from this seller. If there is an issue they do not respond quickly and they are unreasonable with responses when they do reply.

My sister has a similar water heater which allow them to have hot water all the time. We eat a lot of instant food such as instant oatmeal, porridge, and ramen so it’s a hassle to have to boil water on the stove. I didn’t realize when I order this, that 5 liters is actually pretty big. The water heater my sister have is smaller than half the size of this thing, but this is actually a good thing. We go thru a lot of hot water, so having 5 liters really save us from always having to refill. This water heater has 5 temperatures settings: 40, 50, 60, 85, and 98 degree Celsius. Being in the United State, I am used to using Fahrenheit as the standard unit, but I can always do the conversion. I normally just set it at 98-degree setting. I do noticed as another user pointed out that if you don’t use the hot water for a while it will go into safe setting and it will not stay at the temperature you put it at, so you will have to get it to re-boiled. While this is annoying, I think it is better to be safe than sorry. Also if the water haven’t reach the temperature setting, you will not be able to use the automatic dispenser button. You can still use the manual dispenser pump. Another good thing I like about this water heater is that the inside is all metal. I was concern there will be plastic part because normally if there is water gauge for any water heater, there is usually plastic part. Overall, this has been life changing, I haven’t had the need to use my stove to heat up water since I received the water heater. Some user has reported getting rust or calcium build up, I haven’t run into this issue since I used filter water, which the manual recommended. In conclusion, a short list of Pro and Cons:Pro:- Very big water heater- come with a water meter gauge- have both automatic dispenser button and manual pump- safety feature that prevent user from dispensing water if it’s not the right temperatureCon:- only have 5 temperatures, I wish it allowed me to adjust to whatever temperature I like- safety feature which will not keep the water at the temperature you set it at (can get annoying sometime). It will only keep it lukewarm

i purchased this one in 2018 and for the last few days there is noise when water is dispensing. well, it may be time to get another one....it has been 7 years so i have no complaint as nth last forever, will order it again....

I love that it has multiple temperatures and it works great... for about 12 - 18 months. Then the motor that dispenses the water stops working. This is my 3rd one and each one only lasts that long. I do use it every day, multiple times a day but at this point I'm going to try a different brand.

3 points I want to share why this electrical water boiler has been incredibly useful in our kitchen. First and foremost, its large capacity. my mom cooks daily and uses hot water to speed up the process. Before, she had to boil water 2 to 3 times per meal, which took a lot of time. Now, the 5L capacity is more than enough for her to finish cooking a meal for the family faster. After over half a year of use, there are no water stains on the interior wall, and the buttons and monitor are still working well. No signs of rubber damage or other damages yet. Hopefully this one lasts. What surprised me about this boiler is its air pump dispenser, which allows you to dispense water without electricity, unexpected but awesome. Overall the purchase was satisfying.
