I received the Ganjo and opened the box, realizing the box was mislabeled I reached out to them directly and they informed me of the mislabel and also asked how they could fix the issue. The product is nice and I’m excited to give it as a gift. P.s. they mentioned some old boxes may say Banjolele even on the Ganjo box

When I first received it, screws were loose and I was trying to figure out how to put it together but after some time this thing is actually really cool. It's versatile and it just takes a little bit of time with it to get it to play the way you want. I'm using it on my next album.

This is a well-made quality instrument for the price, I am upgrading things like the head and tuning machines and I put strap buttons on the resonator for better balance. The included tool for setting up the bridge is awesome the intonation is perfect. This is not the first instrument I have purchased made by VANGOA, I would recommend anything made by this company.

For a starter kit I could not find anything that could compete at this price point and when unboxing the quality of the build and features of the Banjitar exceeded my expectations and it sounds good! I compared the sound with my genuine 1960s 5 string Banjo and it's still a "guitar" So it's not exact but it's damned close!

I wish I would have known that I needed to be a musical engineer to set this up. The Tuner is about a cheap as they come, does not pick up the strumming at all. The banjo would not tune for anything, I took it to a friend and he had to completely adjust the neck and some stuff inside the box. I would not buy again and can not recommend to anyone. Do not waist your money. Life's regrets..

This is a great starter kit. Everything you need to get started playing. I returned because I am a working musician and it is not quite what I needed for live gigs but hard to be the price and value for beginners.

I'm completely new to the banjo, so I can't say how it compares to others, but regardless, the craftsmanship is beautiful and it comes with a ton of beginner accessories.I always thought banjos were on the smaller side, so I was surprised by how big it looked in the product photos. And they're accurate to life. It's nice and big and beautifully polished and professional looking. The wood is stunningly colored and the simplicity of the face paired with the instrument’s many other intricacies is gorgeous.Although I still need to tune it, the strings produce crisp sound and are easy to adjust. It comes with a digital tuner, which is helpful, as well as replacement strings, picks, a case, strap, cleaning cloth, etc. The zipper to the front sleeve of the case was broken off, loose in the box, so the accessories aren't the sturdier, but the banjo itself appears very high quality and well put together.Overall, I'm really excited to learn more about it and how to play. It looks like a piece of art in and of itself and im hopeful that I'll one day be able to create art with it! Highly recommend!
