I purchased the battery pack about three months ago, but it stopped working roughly two months later. It no longer charges or can charge any devices, and the screen is completely dead. Pressing and holding the power button has no effect. I tried using Wee-Fancy's contact form on their website, which I found through Amazon, but I haven't received a response in the past few weeks. I have reached out again for assistance and to inquire about a possible exchange.I loved the product when it was working. I do like the size of the battery pack and the cables that come with it. The size is small, but it holds a lot of charge. An exchange from the company would be great if they can't fix this one.I hope they respond soon. If they do, I will update this post and consider increasing my rating, as good customer service goes a long way.

It seems to work, and I like that the cords are attached, so it’s easy to keep track of. Lost a star because mine didn’t come with a charging cable, which seems odd. It’s obviously compatible with ones I have already, but it would’ve been nice to have its own. I like that it has the battery % on the front so you know exactly how much you have left too. Charges pretty fast in the wall and slow on a laptop like most of these power banks.

I like the size, it’s a bit smaller than others. Full charge last a good long while and charges pretty quickly as far as I can tell. The built in cables are handy.
