6 heat level settings
This electric heating pad is great. Firstly it is a larger size so it is big enough to cover my whole back when I need it. Not only that but you can spray water on it and have moisture therapy. This heating pad has 6 settings. It gets hot in my opinion but you have numbers instead of the older kind that just has low medium and high. This also has a velvety feel and is alot slimmer Tham the older kind and it's washable. I am so glad I got this lately I been using mine on my bed. It doesn't take long to warm up so when I get in bed it's nice and warm and I can fall asleep with it on because it automatically turns off after 2 hours. Has a long cord also.

The heating pad reinvented
Finally, we have something different than the old style heating pads. Remember those? Plastic, with a felt type cover in hospital colors that slides around. About as unsexy as you can get. Think flannel nightgowns and Bengay. Get one of these, and those will quickly become a distant memory. This is a totally new creation. For starters, it looks great. It's a plush velvety material, and if you get it in the black or gray, really sharp looking. You can leave this draped over the back of the sofa and it actually looks good. Think more Pottery Barn pillow, and less hospital heating pad.Second, it's big. It's the biggest of our many heating pads. That means you can sit against it and get most of your back, or your entire front. It's not too thick, so easy to mold to your body. And it's big enough, that it's frequently used to snuggle with, like a small electric blanket, while curled up on the sofa. That happens often here. I think it's also worth getting their smaller size, for when you actually have a smaller area you want to target. The heat settings are good. I would say the same thing about this heating pad, that I say about almost all heating pads: I'd like them to have one or two more hotter settings. Most people wouldn't appreciate that, but we love really hot ones here. And it's washable. This is great, really great, and we will likely be adding a few more to our home.

Fluffy
The heating pad is a pretty nice size although it is good to note the heat doesn't go all the way to the edges. I'd estimate it stops about three inches from the edge all around. The heat is all numerical so not sure of the exact temperature. It got pretty warm, but I don't think it got dangerously hot. Doesn't have a bad warm up time. It also says machine washable and hand wash, but based on the large plastic connector and the use of hand wash more often than machine wash I suspect hand wash is preferred. The heat pad isn't stiff like others are so it feels like a normal soft blanket. Overall it's very nice, but I took off a star since the heat isn't the full surface and I'm not confident about being washable. I think having a washable cover would've been a better option for the heating pad.

Okay.
It's a pretty basic and straight forward heated pad. Easy to connect, plug and set your heat setting. It's default setting is at 6, being the highest. I set my phone timer out just to see how quickly it heats up and in less than 20 seconds it was good to go. I did wait until almost 5 minutes just to see if the heat I was feeling was the maximum. I left it on longer but realized that that was the hottest it can get. The pads itself is not super thick but not too thin either. It somewhat reminds me of a very softly padded bath mat. Once I shut it off, it did cool down rather quickly. This is probably good for minor aches but as a matter of personal preference, I'd probably want something that can get a bit hotter.

This giant and comfy heating pad works great and is easily washable!
First off, it's super lightweight and soft. Unlike some bulky heating pads that feel like bricks on your back, this one drapes comfortably and conforms to your curves. Plus, the washable cover is a major win and no more worrying about funky smells. Heat-wise, it's got just the right range. I like that it has different settings, so I can find the perfect temperature to melt away tension without feeling like I'm roasting marshmallows on my skin. The auto shut-off feature is a total peace of mind bonus and no more panicking about whether I've fallen asleep with the thing still on.

Nice big heating pad
This is a nice large heating pad. It's soft as well. To use, you plug the controller into the pad first (important) and then the wall, then you turn it on. It starts at the highest setting and each time you press the button it drops a level. I kinda wish is started at the lowest setting, or in the middle instead, but it's not a big deal lowering the setting. The manual mentions default modes, but as far as I can tell, there isn't actually a way to change the settings for power off time/default temp, so I think that's just a language thing. It gets nice and warm, I generally use on a lower setting as it's what I prefer. The power cord disconnects for storage or cleaning and it's not difficult to clean.

Large Heating Pad
I love this large heating pad. This heating pad will cover my whole back area while standard size ones only cover small areas. It has 6 heat levels and will stay on for 2 hour before automatically shutting off. It is very soft and is machine washable. You can also spray a little water on it to get a moisture heat therapy. You can use this for your whole body. If you have muscles and joint pain then this heating pad will help loosen you up. Very easy to use and will make a great gift for anyone.
