I love this shipping scale and the fact that I am able to use it on my counter. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Out of the gate mine is accurate as compared to my analog shipping scale. Only reason I got this digital scale is because it can hold more weight and the corded LCD read out is easy to move around and read at just about any angle. It's perfect for when I want to find out how much my guitars weigh.The scale itself is very well made but the LCD is made of plastic with the LCD screen inside it so time will tell how long it will last.The reason I gave it 4 stars is because there is no info on the USB-C charging cable. So kind of have to figure it out yourself. The following is my findings for my use case with the USB-C cable....This scale only comes with the charging cable. So you know a power adapter to use the USB-C cable. I used my 5V Apple power adapter. When you first plug the USB-C cable into the Apple power adapter and the scale the LCD screen has a red light next to where the USB-C is plugged in. When it's done charging the red light turns off. It took about 20 mins to charge before the light turned off. Also, not sure how long the charge will last since I am not a business and will use the sparingly. In addition the manual does not mention but there is a white rectangle battery icon in the middle left side of the LCD screen so that is a nice touch. I will revise this review after a month or so to give a longer term update.

Updated review:I returned the defective scale and ordered a new one. This one came complete, and works very well. It measures in ounces, pounds or kg. I like the Tare button, because I am using it to weigh hay for my horse. I put the hay in a large laundry basket, and the scale deducts the weight of the basket. Very helpful.Came without the LCD display. Useless.

Very versatile, it doesn't take a lot of space and is perfect for home, office, warehouse.
