Good curved monitor for work.I was tired of working with two curved displays that had a visual partition in the middle where I joined them together. This monitor provides the same screen options without that partition. In fact, I can get more window sizing options more easily with this new curved monitor.The refresh rate and display on this are fantastic. It has helped me signficantly for my office work.My only complaint is that it is too wide and I would prefer a slightly smaller width. This is not an issue with the product as its size is clearly stated, just my personal opinion.Good value for the money and I do not regret purchasing it.

This Samsung 49" monitor has met my expectations. It replaced 3 smaller screens and as an additional bonus I now have 3 AC power plugs free and less AV cables to deal with. This monitor allows me to have the same amount of windows open as I did before without having the split(s) between monitor. Resolution is adjustable, colors are crisp, videos are smooth. Recommend to anyone that wants to minimize equipment and still have the functionality.

This began October 31st 2024:Purchased the monitor in August of 2024 and it worked fine for two months then one day it just stopped coming on. No lights. No power. Nothing. Dead.Can't return it through Amazon after two months so I called Samsung. Here's what happened:1. They tell me that they will replace the item so wait a few days for more information. Sent pictures of product, receipt, personal info.2. They call back days later and tell me, no, they do not ship that monitor and a repair technician will have to come out. They will contact me to set that up.3. They call back the next day and say, no, they won't send somebody out and I must ship the product back for repair. Please wait.4. They call back a day or so later and say, no, they must send a technician out. Please wait.5. They call back a day or so later and say, no, they have no technician in my area and another "accommodation" must be made. This "accommodation" is replacing my monitor. Please wait for more info.6. They call back a few days later and say, sorry, we can't replace your monitor because we can't find one but here's a slightly different one. Please wait for more info.7. They call back next day and say, sorry, we can't get that monitor either so here's another one. Please wait.8. Days later they call back and they say, sorry, we can't get that monitor either so let's do a refund. Please wait for approval.9. They call back and tell me that, even though I've provided the receipt and picture of the product, they do not believe me so they must have a 3-way call with Amazon to verify I made the purchase. We do so and they tell me I must make an arrangement with a trucking company that they will send out, give them my monitor, then wait 1-3 days for a refund.This entire process has been baffling to me and quite disappointing from a company that I've purchased dozens of products from. I currently see no good reason to purchase a Samsung product after this abysmal support experience.**Update 12-5-2024:After being told to wait 1-3 days, two weeks go by without any information. Then I get a text, with no explanation at all, that my refund request has been "declined". I call Samsung support again and told to a person that then checks on the ticket and discovers that the person handling the ticket didn't properly put in my information and which apparently caused the ticket to be declined. He claims to have corrected the issue and ensures me that no more will cause delays. Please wait 1-3 more days, sir, for approval of this request. After that there will be a 7-10 day wait for an arrangement to be made to pick up your defective monitor, sir. After that, please wait 1-3 more days before my money is returned, sir. Unfortunately, sir, this is Samsung policy and you'll need to wait.**Update 12-20-2024:Yes, still waiting for my refund.**Update 12-29-2024:Yes, still waiting for my refund. To be clear I was told on December 10th by text from "Jeffrie" at Samsung that the refund was approved and it may take up to 7-10 days to be contacted by a "trucking company" to set up an appointment. Nothing.**Update 1-7-2025:The "Samsung Care" contractor came to pick up my monitor this morning. As confirmation I received a text from "Jeffrie" at Samsung who indicated that they will send a paper check in "the following two business days" through USPS and it will take, you guessed it, 7-10 days to arrive.**Update 1-17-2025I received the refund check from Samsung and have deposited it into my bank. Thus ends my association with a company that does not value me as a customer and will no longer have my business.It is my opinion that Samsung is no longer worthy of supporting and I encourage others to look elsewhere for products.

I ordered this as an 'open box' item in 'like new' condition. The product was received in it's original packaging and wasn't missing any pieces. There were some VERY MINIMAL scratches to the very top bezel but you can't see them when sitting in front of the monitor, and even if you're looking for them they're hard to see. I would say I am very satisfied with the price that I paid and the condition that I received the monitor in.The screen quality is AMAZING, the refresh rate and color quality are insane and the field of view in most video games feels almost like a cheat. It's also great for work, I work in IT so I often have many VM's, programs, and remote connections open on my device at the same time, this monitor makes it INCREDIBLY easy to multitask and switch between windows.If you're a fan of having a lot of desktop space then this monitor beats the hell out of having 2 separate monitors. If you're considering this for work as well as gaming then I'm here to tell you that the price is absolutely worth it.Attached is a picture of League of Legends on this monitor, look at that and tell me that this monitor doesn't give you a tactical advantage when playing games!

When I first started using it, I thought it might be to wide. The more I’ve used it, the more I love it! So much screen to have open windows on. Games look great! Love it!

Great gaming monitor. Only caveat is that this monitor doesn't have a built-in speaker. Awesome gaming monitor for casual to pro gamers alike. Buttery smooth visuals/frame rates makes gaming 👌🏿. The curved ultra wide screen makes the games pop out more than a degula 4k TV.

Massive productivity increase. You can split into two massive screens with separate inputs if desired. Splitting into three screens is even large. Picture quality and resolution is great for text and images.

Well-built, with plenty of real estate to view several windows at once. It does take some getting used to. Before this purchase, I had 3 monitors and had some programs that I viewed at full screen, which you can't do with this monitor if you want to view more than one window at a time, and everything looks smaller than what I am used to. It is great for gaming, because you feel like you are immersed in the scene because the screen wraps around you.
