Got this while on sale and love it. Has 3 different heads you can change out for different levels of pressure. You can download the app which shows you how and wear to use it. Charges quickly when dead. small enough to fit in my gym bag. Gets a little warm with prolonged use in one session, but doesn't overheat and cools down quickly if you give it a break. Very high quality - I've tried knock offs and they don't stand up to this brand. When used properly the massage quality is great. Make sure you don't put it on bones. Sometime bounces a little if the angle is wrong, but that's user error and positioning.

I thought this was going to be a bust until I tried it out on me and my spouse. It actually works very well as it works out kinks and relieves and relaxes your muscles. Good for sore and achy areas on your back, legs, hips. Multiple heads need to be experimented with to see which one works best for you and particular body part. I like the rechargeable battery feature, and it hold the charge for a long time. The gun shape handle can be held in different methods to reach your body part as needed. The speeds are adjustable, but I find the lower speed works the best for me. Makes a good gift for those hard-to-find gift people.

This is an amazing massager. This is the one that they used on me at therapy. It really helps to loosen up the muscles in your quads and your calves. It also works well on your neck and shoulders to release tension.

I love my Therabody Relief Massage Gun! I was introduced to it during a physical therapy session when it was used to relieve sore muscles in my lower back. It helped so much that I bought one. My husband uses it, too, for tightness in his neck and shoulders, and is very pleased with it. The reason for the four-star review is that we found out that, after receiving the gun, it should not be used by people with high blood pressure, varicose veins, and other health issues, without first consulting their physician. This is something that should be mentioned in the product description so that someone with these medical concerns can check it out with a doctor before purchasing the gun. In our case, since we both have some health issues, we have been cleared to use the gun, but not on a daily basis. The TheraGun provides a very satisfying and robust massage. I used it on a strained and painful muscle that connects my glute to my hip. The massage went deep and provided the same relief as the much larger device used by my physical therapist. So far, no problems with the battery. Charges quickly and last longer than I expected. I am very satisfied with the device. It is a little heavy, but the extra weight is needed to get a deep massage. I am happy to recommend.

We love this thing! It is great for sore muscles after a workout or sleeping on your shoulder wrong. It lasts a pretty long time before needing a charge again.The pressure and speed can be adjusted for your needs.

Great massage gun, especially for beginners! Or if you are looking to relax and self care!! Easy to use, 3 style options, 3 speeds, easy to hold, great design handle! I bought Thera because I know they are a great quality product however, you could find a good massage gun for $100 less. Also, I still need to use a lacrosse ball to get deeper into muscle knots and a foam roller (but I train 7 days a week)!
