I use it to make electrolyte water and drinks, plus I use it on steaks and grind it on food. Excelent salt. It contains 82 minerals that keep you healthy while using it. You can drink water and add just a few crystals ( if you buy it the coarse one and don't suffer from hypertension) and also cook, add to your salads,etc. I highly recomended it and will buy again.

Just delicious somehow it adds flavor as well as salt. It seems to have other minerals in it because it's very satisfying in terms of rehydration. I only add it to my food. I'm not one of those people that adds it to water but everyone in my house who has tried it Completely abandoned all the other salt varieties. My partner sometimes takes pinches and crunches on it. That's a little extreme, but he likes salt more than I do. Seems to add deliciousness on top of saltiness for meat.
